   This Tesco’s in Aberdeen is pretty big in comparison to most of the other stores in Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire. There’s a large selection of different things and it will take a long time for you to walk around the store. The downside is the customer service isn’t great at all. Some staff are pretty helpful, but the rest are just not bothered. It’s a great store to shop, but really need to improve customer service.

   NO LIFT access in this store for the whole of 2025 and foreseeable future. (According to senior staff). Therefore no access to upstairs departments clothing, cafe, toilets and baby changing/feeding places. Adviced to use travelator 'at own risk'. As a parent in a wheelchair I cant shop in my local store with access to all facilities. Staff are generally nice and helpful usually a well presented store *4 Stars* for that area

   This morning at 7:10 am not a single checkout was open. 4 people were standing around doing nothing. I pay a very high price for the product so that should be the minimum to one checkout to be open. Not everyone likes to use the self-service checkout. I put my cart where I was and walked out

   Large branch with couple add on shops. They were just refilling shelves when I visited. I had difficulty find items I wanted as seemed to changing. When asked staff were not aware of location of items. Went elsewhere in frustration. Though the pre prepared curry was good meal deal with add ons.

   Nothing wrong with the store it self but I’m sure the staff likes to scare customers whiles stacking the shelves. Was passing the fruit and veg section tonight when a member staff slammed a crate on to the stand with unnecessary force just as my family and I was passing. Also noticed and walking passed him that he was looking at our directions. This is not the first time this happened, should really train your staff what kind of force that they stack the shelves with without scaring customers.

   Clothing section closes at 10, I arrived at 2202. Asked if a member of staff could take me up / if they could go up as I desperately needed dress shoes for a 7am start in office - flat no. Most unhelpful staff member ever then proceeded to stand there talking the whole time I was in the shop!!!

   Disappointing. Delivery due 7-8pm. Delayed until 9pm and then no show at 10:15. Called customer service and was told driver tried to deliver at 10.06pm. This is simply not true. Tesco cancelled the order and will refund money in 3-4 days. What are we meant to do mean time? Very poor service. Tell the truth, things go wrong but don’t try to blame us for not being at home.
