   Truly the best service ever, I had a problem with my car and needed it fixed quickly and they were super helpful, quick, honest & reliable. I wouldn't go anywhere for repairs, services or MOT's. If you want a top garage this one is it.

   If you ever want to be treated with respect then this is the place to go to. Tom and the crew will always put your needs first with honesty and best advice. Now, not all advice is always what you want to hear but at least he will be honest with you and help where he can. To me, that goes a long way.

   I had the best experience at Reading service center,I had a problem with my Audi A6,engine light on the dashboard,and losing power. I had to.wait for the booking for around 10 days because they are very busy,but the day of the appointment the car got fixed,super quick,it was sensor the problem,was ready on the same day, and was not very expensive to fix. So pleased ,I will only ask for help here from now on.

   Had been quote for a comprehensive service for my EV car and was surprised at how little is checked and reported. No diagnostics or battery check was included. An Air filter was replaced, however I changed this only a few months ago so this seemed unnecessary. Overall the staff were accommodating when needing to change dates and called me promptly to pick up once service was complete within 2 hours. It's just a shame the price didn't seemingly match the expectation based on my last service at VW Marshall which was under my warranty at the time which published a full document breakdown illustrating all the checks and readings made.

   I called Reading Service Centre on the off chance when my van wouldnt start, my breakdown provider was offering times of 45 minutes plus. Luckily I was near them and they managed to come and see me with a booster pack to get my vehicle going within 15 minutes!! Fantastic service, highly recommend!!

   The staff at Reading Service Centre were very welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. They talked me through what needed doing and how they were going to sort what needed sorting. Such excellent customer service and they all seemed very willing to help. I can’t thank Tom and the team enough. There’s only one team I’ll ever go to and it’s the team at Reading Service Centre. Will recommend to everybody.

   I've used Reading Service Centre for the last two or three MOTs and services, plus another couple of maintenance jobs, and they've always been great. Really friendly staff, clearly know their stuff, prices are fair, and they explain options and costs clearly and don't pressure you into decisions. (They actually advised me against some work which I thought was needed, but which wasn't in the end.) I always feel like a valued customer - it seems like their ethos is to treat people well so they come back again for the next service year after year, rather than experiences I've had elsewhere where it feels like the garage wants to squeeze as much cash out of you in one sitting, knowing you won't come back. Here you get treated honestly and professionally - couldn't recommend them highly enough.

   I've used Reading Service Centre, for at least 3 years, I've taken loads of different cars there and I've never had any issues. The Guys are always really flexible, which helps with fitting services in around work. Their rates are fair, they give me options on parts and aren't afraid to push the boundaries a bit when it comes to fixes and solutions. If you want to deal with an honest garage, that delivers decent service at a good price, I can't recommend them highly enough.

   Fantastic service! Both my headlight bulbs went at the same time so was in desperate need of them replacing. They were so flexible as to when I could drop my car off and were really helpful and friendly. They even phoned me to confirm the price before they carried out the work. Have been here a couple of times now but really would recommend. Rare to find a garage that is genuine and not just looking to rip you off
