   I purchased a sofa, but once I'd had it delivered I realised I was to tall for it and couldn't get comfy on it. I contacted Gemma, who said they would gladly exchange the sofa for another one of my choice. I exchanged it and I'm very happy with the one I chose. I can't recommend them highly enough. Brilliant customer service. Extremely nice friendly people. If you're on the fence about purchasing from here. Don't be. You won't be disappointed. Thanks again Gemma for all your help :)
