   I would not recommend Steer to anyone! They took my car on Monday for some scratches on the back of my car caused by another vehicle. They then messaged me on Thursday saying they had to get a part delivered which would delay the process. I don't understand why they waited until Thursday to order this part when they had it from Monday. In the end, I got the car back on Wednesday - so a whole week and a half to fix a few scatches. Not only did it take them an obscene amount of time to fix the car, they also took the few pound coins I had in my car to use for trolleys etc. Completely unprofessional and slow. They did however fix the issues but the issue wasn't hard to begin with. Any other mechanic would have fixed the issue in a few days maximum.

   Hello, I have recently had amazing experience with Steer Reading. The whole process from the beginning till end was very positive. I had regular updates from admin and repairs team. Dent on the back door magically disappeared. Big thank you for the professional individuals: Chloe, Lee and drivers who collected and delivered the car. I would highly recommend Steer Reading.

   5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our experience with the fab Steer crew at Reading was second to none - from initial contact with the lovely Chloe, through to completion they were nothing but super helpful, friendly and professional. Both Lee and Val were brilliant at keeping us in the loop and we were super happy with the level of worksmanship for the repairs. All in all a 10/10, would HIGHLY recommend!

   Steer came and collected my car for repair after the rear near side door was severely damaged. They arrived promptly & left a courtesy car, I was kept informed every step of the way during the repair. When I collected my car I was treated extremely well & with courtesy, my car repair was excellent and the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. I highly recommend Steer for any body work repair & if I am unfortunate enough to have another incident then Steer will be top of my list for the repair!

   Took my car in for minor damage to the rear bumper and bonnet. After two days the work was complete. Collected the car on the third day and was so impressed. Not only was the work perfect, so was the service. Very friendly people, helpful too. Wasn't cheap but you get what you pay for. Definitely recommending Steer to others.

   After being hit by a lorry whilst parked, Steer Reading were elected to carry out repairs to my vehicle. The car was collected and returned when they promised. I was kept informed with updates as the repairs progressed. Once I got my car back it was like new again. A special mention to Val who is an absolute credit to the business.

   Just got my car back after an insurance claim, the results of the repair are amazing just like factory new again.
