Deepak was amazing! It was my first time to Basingstoke so I did not realize that I couldn’t take an Uber back to London. With the train strikes, I was worried about making it back on the train. So I booked a trip with him last minute. He rearranged his drivers to make it happen for me. Beyond this amazing customer service, he was personable and professional. We have used A and A cars many times over the years. In the past year we have had some family difficulties to cope with including visits to far away hospitals and weddings.A and A cars have always been very helpful and done exactly what we asked even though these were non-standard journeys such as airports and cruise terminals. Their drivers are always smart, friendly and helpful and the cars are clean, roomy and comfortable.
