   Very nice people, loverly girls enjoying their work. Only issue I had was I ordered a white hot chocolate, served very fast, all good except when asked “would you like chocolate” I said I’m fine, but she put it on anyway… I think she was on autopilot… so now I don’t have a white chocolate anymore but some light brown powdery mixture… still drank it, but was not really what I wanted. But service and everything is great otherwise, you can tell they all love working together :)

   I mostly attend Camberwell and Peckham stores. Very friendly staff - well most of them,some probably had either bad start of the day or someone has managed to spoil their mood already. I love Peckham store for space and nice view of busy Peckham life, Camberwell store for quietness and friendly staff. I have issue with Costa Custome Services thou-i purchased mug in Derby-didnt get receipt, now back in London i am stuck with this cup because i found my favourite mug in Clapham.

   This was the most awful crossaint I have ever had , paid 2quids for something that definitely was a left over at least for 3days ,was so hard and tasteless, had to throw it aways as wasn't worth the calories am going to consume. Can you tell you staff to warm up the leftover before selling them on full price

   Gave up waiting whilst two ladies ignored me. When I was only person in queue. Pretty bad really could have at least had a “will be with you in a minute “ so try WH Smith’s they have a coffe machine and food

   Not a regular costa customer however I received great customer service at this branch. The lady was very helpful and patient, she also had a nice mullet hairstyle. My coffee was enjoyable and will consider coming back if i return to Derby. I would recommend to anyone local looking for a nice drink or refreshments. Thanks for reading

   The new Christmas mint hot chocolate is very nice. Bit sickly towards the end. Staff always polite. Always cold sitting in the foyer but guess its better to sit down at all. Staff always keep area clean and always willing to help. The tiffin cakes are so Devine.
