   I can’t recommend Chris highly enough. I found Chris for my service last year, he did a fantastic job. Then, four days ago I had loads of warning lights come up, brake warning lights, power steering going really heavy etc. I contacted Chris, he arranged to come out two days later. He’s just fixed it within half an hour. I don’t recognise those 1 star reviews and would really disagree with them. Very reliable, really good service, nice guy and very reasonable prices. I would recommend Chris to anyone who has a Merc.

   Great service from Chris who was recommended to me by friends. He was friendly, arrived on time and I was confident to take his recommendations of what did and did not need doing based on the age and mileage of the car - as opposed to the dealer who would want to do everything and charge a fortune! Highly recommended!

   Just the best most professional, trustworthy, auto Engineer I have ever had in my life and I have now been using him for 2.5 years now. Highly recommended. He turns up on time, only works on Mercs with 20 odd years experience, so is highly knowledgeable and knows your car inside out. I had a service booked but the day before my rear air suspension compressor went on my E-Class, Chris came out diagnosed exactly the parts I needed, texted me the part numbers which I managed to get on email and came back within 24 hours, after a long day at 5.30pm to fit them outside in dark in sub zero temperatures to get me back on the road and service my car. He was here to past 8.00pm, you just don't get this sort of service and professionalism often these days. You even get emailed the updated MB service record a few days later.

   Chris has been servicing my car for many years. Having initially received a quote for servicing from the main dealer when I first purchased my Mercedes over a decade ago I knew I needed an alternative! I found Mobile Benz Tech and was more than happy at a quote nearly 50% less! Chris has continued to service my car ever since in the convenience of my own driveway on a convenient date and time. He always alerts me to potential problems ahead and takes care of any repairs that have arisen at MOT time at prices well below those quoted by the testing garage!    Chris came out within a couple of days because my engine warning light had come on. Car was still driving ok but you can’t be too careful. He diagnosed the problem and, as he had the part with him, fixed it immediately. Excellent service as usual.
