It had quite a few scratches, and since it’s a two-tone plastic rim, several other places refused to repair it — they all told me to buy a new one costing around £200. Nigel, however, went out of his way to help. He took the time to carefully fix and restore the rim, and the result is incredible — it looks almost brand new! His attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to take on a job others wouldn’t touch really stand out. I can't recommend Auto Touches enough!! Nigel did an an outstanding job- he's a real miracle worker! After an accident damaged the front of my much loved 1996 Mitsubishi Colt, I managed to source a replacement bonnet, front headlight but couldn't find a bumper. Nigel restored the damaged bumper to look like new, he fitted all parts and resprayed. The finish is superb and my car looks fantastic. Thank you so much Nigel.
I had someone run into the back of my car recently. They admitted fault & asked me to get a repair estimate. After visiting 2 body repair shops, I Googled bumper repair & Auto Touches came up. After speaking to Nigel, I felt assured he was the man for the job. What an understatement! Nigel came on the arranged date & time, carried out a repair and respray with such professionalism, on a car with white pearlescent paint to a standard the manufacture would have been proud of. I contacted Nigel after I reversed into a concrete fence post, leaving the rear of my car a little worse for wear. I supplied Nigel with photos of the damage and he promptly provided a quotation for the repair which was very reasonable. He arrived at my house exactly at the time agreed and worked solidly through the day to carry out the necessary repairs.
