   Went here because dog friendly (which is a plus as the other to tearooms in Melbourne are not dog friendly) Was a little disappointed - had the basic hot chocolate was nearly £5! Was charged Fifty pence extra for alternative milk as I’m sensitive to dairy ! I thought it cramped /pokey and short of seating -basically just a tiny little room . Cakes looked like the artificial type tiers , brownies tray bakes etc. (Didn’t look all homemade but I didn’t try so not able to comment properly) Servers were polite . However there are many tearooms that are dog friendly that do not charge extra for non dairy milk. Don’t think I’ll be going back as too expensive for what it is .

   Amazing coffee and matcha, acai bowls are yummy and have lots of toppings to choose from, and the cake is to die for! Female owned business too which is a huge bonus. Best cafe around & the girls are lovely, always make everyone feel welcome

   I hired Tea at 3 for my baby shower, from start to finish the team there were nothing but amazing! Their commitment to making the day special was exceptional, they went above and beyond asking me about my theme and decorating the cake house to match (It was beautiful!) The afternoon tea was absolutely delicious and everyone I communicated with was friendly and helpful. I just wanted to say a massive thank you to them all for making the day so special and I’ll be telling everyone I know about your lovely cake house and all the amazing food!

   Gorgeous little coffee shop. The most amazing homemade cakes. Great selection of drinks. The attention to detail make this a real gem. Friendly service and ambience. Dog friendly and lovely puppuccino.

   My partner booked afternoon tea for us after hearing good things about Tea At 3… In short, faultless. Service was brilliant, portions generous and taste of the sandwiches and cakes simply superb. Can’t give Tea At 3 anything but praise and a hearty thumbs up!

   The cakes really are a sight to behold and the one I tried was delicious, and vegan. There were a good selection of vegan and gluten-free options. We managed to get a table but the limited amount of seating would be a drawback if you didn't time it right.
