Long wait to get served. 2 young girls where busy training which left 1 lady serving. It always seems to be dirty in there. Tables are always left with other people's dirty cups on them and never cleared. I must need a job there as I always clear it just to get seated.
Great place to sit and relax - right in the heart of the shopping centre and very clean Disabled toilets and child friendly -
Sat in Costa Derby for 15 minutes my husband asked for the table to be cleared and still waiting even after we had got our drinks, in fact there are lots of tables with dirty pots on them and this is regular at this Costa in the centre shopping mall.
A beautiful place to relax and drink your morning coffee. If you like quiet, come at eight in the morning. Our best days are drinking your favourite coffee.
Terrible, I'm a great customer of costa, I earnt 2 free hot drinks with my hard earned money, only to get to the counter to be told the hot drinks I've ordered does not qualify for the free drinks, so had to pay full price, the next day one of my free drinks expired so I lost it, disgusting rip off company with over priced coffee in the first place.
Unbelievably slow service at the one inside the Derbion, loads of staff in there, every time I've been it's slow. Today's the 3rd time I've walked out before getting served. Service elsewhere is much better it's not a Costa problem it's a THIS store problem
