Efficient change of tyres and tracking alignment. All done quickly while I walked the dog and had a coffee. The tyres were tricky to source, Continental Winter Contact, but they offered a good price.
Efficient and friendly service at Halfords Autocentre Newbury. I brought my car in when I noticed something wasn’t right with the suspension, Dave the manager was able to book me in for check that morning - a broken coil. He and the team were able to get the part and install it by the early afternoon. So appreciated as I need my car for work especially over the upcoming busy Christmas period. Had 4 new tyres fitted here, excellent service and the cheapest around. Only thing that let it down was the turn around time. Took over an hour to fit 4 tyres which isn't bad but when your booked in isnt great. there is room for improvement. Would definitely come back.
Thank you very much Newbury Halfords. I was worried about a knocking on my car hey have gave me a free check. And piece off mind in knowing I am safe until payday l. Also offering me payment plans which I don’t do but thank you. I will be booking when I can to have my repairs done. I have only posted a bad review once before but mention needs to be made here about an MOT service that went wrong last year with this company. Without going into any detail, there was a lady in the queue who similarly complained of lack of integrity service from them. There are plenty of garages locally to chose from.
Great service and nice people who work here, we took a car for an MOT and general bits and bobs, happy overall and would use them again
I have had fantastic service today at halfords autocentre in Newbury. They inspected my vehicle and made me feel safe. The centre manger was so understanding and fitted me in really quickly. They are always so helpful. Will definitely use them again. Keep up the good work. Xx
Just about went in for a car check up...it only took 20min for the whole process..it gives a good idea if anything we need prepare for M.O.T.. Both team members were professional at the reception...the only observation there seemed to be a hurry to go home...but it's just observation not a complaint
