Exceptional service for the replacement of a poorly fitting old crown (work of a previous dental practice)and treatment of decay underneath. Procedure and costs clearly explained beforehand. I have been using gypsy Lane dental surgery for more than 20 years and I must say every time I go there it’s clean tidy and everyone’s very professional and friendly. I used aDr Hitesh on this recent visit date due to Dr Gill leaving I was more than happy with Dr Hitesh very friendly sincere and thorough will be back for my six monthly as usual. Have been going for many years till we moved out of area. After 5 Years returned back again as could not find a better practice. Felt safe And comfortable and good to be treated well. Dr Hitesh and the team are Very professional and friendly. Makes the dreaded dental visits much easier and one we can look forward to for regular and emergency care.
Just completed a course of Enlighten teeth whitening with them. Hitesh explained the process thoroughly, gave plenty of care advice, and three weeks later when the treatment was completed, I now have much whiter teeth for my daughter's upcoming wedding. VERY happy!! I am a non smoker, but do drink tea. I didn't think my teeth were that stained until you see the difference!

Dr Nasser has been fantastic, I had 10 years of problems with my teeth previously trying multiple dentists. It was only after my consultations with Dr Nasser things got under control. I had multiple treatments with Dr Nasser including root-canals, crowns and some cosmetic work. All was done to a really high standard with excellent support, guidance and patience all through his work. Highly recommend.
One of my crowns came off Sunday evening (2 years after it was put in). I called the practice early on Tuesday and they were able to fit me in with my usual dentist that same afternoon. I took the crown with me just in case…and he was able to glue it back on for me. Explained what he was going to do and why it may have come off. I always feel I can trust what he’s doing and whilst I doubt I’ll ever enjoy going to a dentist (who does? lol) I always come away knowing I’ve been treated in as a good and caring a way as I could hope for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a really good reliable dental practice
Since coming to Gipsy Lane Dental Care, with numerous dental health issues, a little under 2 years ago, I have received the most amazing care and service. Previously, I had trouble with a molar inlay crown that had been inserted by my previous NHS dentist, at substantial cost. It had fallen out twice in the first 12 months. Unable to get an emergency appointment, and with a huge hole in this uncomfortable tooth, I decided that I wanted to upgrade the level of dental care I receive, and chose Gypsy Lane. I had an initial examination with Dr. Nasser, who patiently described the dental health options available to me, the cost, and his recommendations. He did this affably and without any pushiness at all, which I really appreciated. Over the course of my treatment plan, I have had my troublesome tooth surgically removed, a root canal performed and crown fitted on another, three fillings replaced, and a partial metal denture created. The level of detailed work put in, and willingness to get the denture right, impressed me greatly. I have also had several excellent sessions with Claire the hygienist, and have managed to improve the health of my gums in general, something for which I am very grateful. Yes this is a private practice and there are significant costs attached, however, I would say given the amount of dentistry, along with the quality of service received, what I have paid represents very good value. The diligence and personal dental care by Dr. Nasser, his amiable assistant, the hygienist, friendly reception and the entire team, is fantastic. I am very happy with the service I have received, and would thoroughly recommend Gipsy Lane Dental Care.
Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. I do get the feeling that they all like working there. I went there for dental implants. I found the facilities and service excellent. They had the latest technology and 3D imaging. The doctor's explanations were clear and straightforward. I felt very secure and looked after.
