   I have been with the practice for 9 years now. It is clean, bright, clean, equipped with modern technology, and with ample parking. Have great positive experience with the practice, with quality service. The reception team, especially LAURA, is courteous, friendly and welcoming. Good customer service. I am very nervous and fear of injection tremendously. Saw Dr.Christy Tam. She is very gentle, thoughtful and kind. She understood me and assured me. She explains the procedure in details meticulously. Very informative with incredible knowledge, making me feel at ease. During the procedure, she advises me all the time what she is going to do, giving me great reassurance. Very supportive and caring. She treated my chipped front upper tooth and bottom lower tooth within 3 months. She paid attention to details, down to very last little details. Definitely a perfectionist, showing her level of expertise and dedication. Very high standard. Christy is nice, friendly, courteous, patient, considerate, and very efficient. Christy is very professional, with high level of excellence. Thank you.

   For the second time in 3 years I needed a wisdom tooth extraction. Having the first performed by Dr Christy which I could not fault I requested her again. Apart from explaining everything so clearly she carried out the work to the highest standard I've ever experienced and am left with no pain & virtually no discomfort as soon as the anaesthetic wore off. Pretty amazing considering its the hardest extraction which can leave a patient needing post surgery painkillers ,which again I have not !

   An amazing dentist practice that's perfect for anyone but especially nervous patients like me. I have never felt more comfortable and looked after at a dentist before. Everyone is super polite, friendly and professional. I have had a complete transformation of my teeth from extraction, filling and composite. I also have just completed my Invisalign (removable braces) journey and couldn't be happier with the results. I am so much more confident now and every procedure I needed or was recommended was explained to me in detail with pros, cons and the aftercare thats needed. They also have a great membership program. Would highly recommend and thank you AJ and team!

   Had my first consultation as a private patient as they do not accept new NHS patients right now. They currently have a promotion for their first consultation at £49.50 as well. Receptionist was not very friendly, not even a "welcome" was said and just asked if I am to book in. The dentist and assistant was very welcoming and nice when I met them. The first consultation experience was good, the dentist talked to me about what we will be doing and asked if I had any concerns. Assessment of my teeth and gums were thorough and xrays and digital photos were taken. Advice was given while we were viewing my xrays and digital photos and everything was explained very well. I needed to remove my fixed retainers and quoted me £130 for a 30 minute appointment and had same week availability. The practice is presented nicely with a "private" practice feel to it. If you can't be bothered to wait for an NHS dentist appointment and pay for private treatment then this practice seems better than other local dental practices around as I feel that I have got what I paid for.
