My regular 6 monthly visits to Beeachcroft Dental Practice always go smoothly and as planned for the dental check and cleaning with the hygienist. My dentist and hygienist are always very professional with the care that I receive and they are always very friendly and helpful.
The actual dentists are fine. But for such an expensive place the staff at the desk could be a lot better. I’ve never been treated with so much disdain by the receptionists. They suddenly stopped taking Amex payments due to a “system issue” and they couldn’t care less that it’s my preferred method of payment or that I won’t continue a treatment plan worth thousands. Their only suggestion is I should call now and then to check if it works again. Please send your receptionists to a customer care course.
Have been at this practice for over 30 years. For me , their standards have never changed , always excellent in their work and customer services. The current dentists and hygienists maintain wonderful empathy for their customers and exemplary skill in their profession. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough. My wife and I have been going to this practice for over 50 years. Over those many years, and having been seen by several different dentists and hygienists, the service received has always been excellent. All of the staff we have seen have been both friendly and professional and, despite not being our most favourite place to visit, the staff always do their best to put you at your ease. Beech croft is certainly the place to go to if you want a high quality dental service from emphatic staff.
Like a number of reviewers I continue to travel over 100 miles to Beechcroft for my dental care - which I hope says it all. But for people trying to find a good dental practice I will try to describe my personal experiences over the years. Firstly, there are the people: excellent dentists, dental assistants, hygienists and reception staff - all of whom seem to put you at ease, at the same time as executing some (in my case) very intricate dentistry. Then there is the patient experience, which seems to integrate your care between hygienist and dentist for maximum results - which I have found very positive. Then there is the dental technology they have invested over the years, which in my case alone has included: CT Scanners, Complex X-rays, Camera imaging, CAD based Crown manufacture (which has allowed me to have custom fit crowns in a single day), not to mention the updates to patient seats that would not be out of place in a Spa! But finally, and most importantly of course are the Dentists that exhibit REAL pride in what (in my case) has been some very challenging dentistry. So Thank You to everyone at Beechcroft.
A brilliant dental practice, with friendly professional staff all the way through. Christian Miles has been our family dentist for a couple of years now. Not only is he a tremendous all round expert, but has the friendly charm that makes us quite honestly look forward to our appointments. His approach with children is brilliant. Our 3 year old loved every minute of his appointment! Cannot recommend enough!
I wanted to add a review after my treatment over the past months and notably last week, when I had a large molar tooth extracted. I highly commend Claire Rilett and the team; friendly, efficient and effective... the extraction was something I'd been concerned about due to a difficult experience with a wisdom tooth at a different dentist, but Claire made the process much more bearable. I have minimal bruising or swelling, so I'm sure it will be much faster to heal. If you want a friendly, professional dentist practice, you've found it.
I've been going to Beechcroft Dentists since I first got teeth (in the 1980s!!). I really highly rate the care from my dentist Emma, she is very caring and considers my teeth within the bigger picture of my (complex) general health issues. I moved away from Wokingham 15 years ago but still travel back the two hour each way journey to go to this dental surgery as it is really good.
I have been visiting this practice for years and am so impressed with Christiaan and Katie that I travel 80 miles to get there. Mad? Absolutely not. Christiaan's chair side manner is relaxing and I trust him and his advice , implicitly. He does not do 'work' unnecessarily and for me, those qualities in anyone, let alone a dentist are worth travelling a million miles for.
My family and I have been attending Beechcroft for many years, and we have always received an outstanding level of service. Christiaan is highly recommended, and is also extremely good at putting my children at ease when visiting. A trip to the dentist has now become a positive experience for them! Useful appointment reminders are received before every appointment, and ALL Beechcroft staff are extremely friendly and polite. Highly recommended practice. 10/10.
