   I was looking for a dentist and I was lucky to get an appointment with Friar Street Dental Practice trough their online system . I can't fault the service provided by this practice, receptionists are very welcoming and Dr. Monica and her Assistant Pria were very polite, professional and caring .    I’ve always had a great experience at Friar Street Dental Practice. Dr. Zina and her assistant are incredibly professional, friendly, and make every visit feel comfortable. My whole family always requests to be seen by Dr. Zina because of her outstanding care and attentiveness. Although I was deregistered due to long inactivity, I ended up visiting another dental practice last year where I paid significantly more and had a disappointing experience. I’m so glad I was able to re-register with Friar Street Dental Practice. The difference in care is night and day. Verdah, the receptionist, is always warm and helpful, which makes the whole experience even better. I truly appreciate the whole team and their excellent service. I won’t be going anywhere else again—thank you for everything!

   Had an emergency appointment with Alisha. I'd emailed them beforehand letting them know I'm a very nervous patient and they said they'd let her know. They were true to their word. Alisha wad brilliant with me, she advised an extraction of 2 teeth, giving me the option of a referral to a sedation clinic or she could do it. Scared as I was I opted with her and I'm glad I did. She was as gentle as she could be giving me the local and constantly reassuring me, explaining everything she was doing. Putting me completely at ease. Before I knew it the extraction was done. I can't fault her and the 2 dental nurses she had with her Thank you!!!!

   I had an appointment this morning for a check-up but had a particularly troublesome tooth that the practice has been aware of for some time. On this occasion, Isobel examined it again and reported that the treatment options were very limited as it had a root abcess. I chose to have the tooth extracted. Isobel explained the procedure to me, with its possible downfalls. After I agreed to go ahead, she took particular care to ensure that my mouth was completely numb and removed the tooth carefully and painlessly, then explained the after-treatment. Throughout she was completely professional but good-humoured. Isobel has only recently joined the practice but is a credit to them, her training and herself. I hope she stays with the practice, as I would wish to be treated by her well into the future.

   Nina is a wonderful dentist, listens and helps you decide what is best for you, she's calm, friendly and very good at her job Hygienist on site is very thorough and gives great advice Very reasonable prices, everything is discussed with you before work commences, they also do payment plans. I would definitely recommend this dentist Parking is normal town centre parking and there is no wheelchair access to the dentist

   0 stars. The receptionist misleaded me by saying they can cover in treatment after expiry of maternity excemption considering appointment needs to be booked during the excemption.I reassured twice she said it's okay to get treated.when I went on the treatment day dr zina not able to proceed the treatment or I have to pay the full amount.waited nearly two months to get this appointment. I would have tried another dental if she had not given the assurance.Definitely not recommend.If you are going to this dental get in written what they say.

   Dentists here are always friendly and cheerful (especially Dr Zina Kassim) and actually explain what they are doing before the procedures. Have much less anxiety about attending due to their kind nature and explanations. Have found reception staff helpful. Fantastic practice, so glad it is in Reading!
