Rajan and Shivani are both brilliant. They cater for my sensitive needs and are very patient. I’ve never had any issues and would recommend the practice. Even though they’re now private, they have an affordable monthly plan available. Overall great service. Thank you as always!
Called in the ask if they’re accepting new NHS patients and the receptionist is SO RUDE! She kept saying no to every question, saying they don’t have a policy and they will never accept any new patients. She said they also don’t plan to open up in the future - I said so not even in 10 years time? It’s only when I keep on asking that she revealed they were accepting new patients from March but closed in April. How difficult is it to just say that from the start? So rude! So rude! It was a young woman who answered the phone. Her tone is like I am her enemy or something. If you don’t want to work as a receptionist then don’t work here! Instead of being a rude, impolite, bad-mannered woman to people that don’t owe you nothing.
Don’t bother trying to get an emergency appointment if referred from 111, told they won’t see you because you’re not registered.
I've never had that fear of dentists, however hadn't been for a few years due to personal issues, the dentist there (so sorry as I cannot remember her name) was very thorough in my first check up in well over 4 yards, and managed to fit me in for several small check ups.
Absolutely pathetic time keeping. Happens every time the wait is at least 20-30 minutes. We always come on time. Have raised this multiple times still they haven’t done anything about this. People have places to get to. Would be better if they learn some time management skills. Maybe time to think about changing surgeries.
Myself and my extended family have been registered at Castle Hill for over a decade. We have always received excellent care. Yesterday, they excelled themselves, when Dr S Sharma saw my son for a badly chipped tooth. She managed to squeeze him in after a booked initial consult, at the end of a busy day to sort this out (brilliantly) for him. Honestly, I could not even tell which tooth had been repaired, such was the quality of her work. So grateful for the over and above service received yesterday, thank you.
I previously had a morbid dread of dentists, after having a mouth full of fillings as a teen and some horrible dentists, so Georgina at Castle Hill Clinic is an absolute revelation. I can honestly say that I have never had a dentist come even close to her standards. She is rather lovely anyway, but her dental skills and gentleness are unsurpassed. I just had a filling replaced today and there was zero pain. Let me just repeat that, ZERO pain. She is so careful and gentle from the minute you sit in the chair. She takes time to administer the injection surely, carefully and most importantly, kindly. I recently had some root canal and almost fell asleep during the procedure. I don't know how she manages it, but she really does make it an easy, pain-free experience while at the same time being quick. I was in and out today in less than 30 minutes. Having had some atrocious dentists in the past, I wish that she could train everyone to her standards as she is off-the-scale amazing. I cannot recommend her highly enough. All the staff at the clinic are friendly, including Cheryl on Reception who doesn't do that thing that some receptionists do of ignoring you, or being a bit dragon-like. Even the lady suctioning me during the procedure is friendly and nice. However, my stars are reserved, unreservedly, for Georgina. I would be so disappointed if she ever left.
We as a family have been going to Castle Hill for many years. The whole team has been very professional and always welcoming. Couple of times due to after school traffic we have been stuck in a rush and have been late for an appointment. Even if they are busy, They have always seen us without any issues and understood. Usually we see Dr Rajan or Shavani but today my young son saw Georgina who made him feel so easy. It's a really clean practice and wouldn't go anywhere else. I have also used their other practices for private work and never had any issues. Highly recommend them to anyone.
