   I had the best experience with Bespoke Dental! My Invisalign journey and bonding results were absolutely amazing. Raff and the whole team were incredible from start to finish — they listened to everything I asked for, made me feel completely comfortable, and genuinely cared about getting the perfect outcome. I couldn’t be happier with my smile and the overall service. Highly recommend to anyone considering Invisalign or cosmetic dental work!

   OMG How refreshing to find such a helpful dentist!!!! I have had a nightmare with my current NHS dentist over the last few months and more, emergency appointments, with the follow up to do the work cancelled, being called in, promised work to be done, only to be told they needed to see me face to face for a chat and again trying to push me down the private route which unfortunately I cannot afford! All the time with increasing pain and being told nothing they can do till february after me reminding them all the work they keep mentioning is listed on the NHS banding and didnt need to be private!!! After calling 111 as no other choice, and then calling Bespoke Dental for a NHS emergency appointment, I got in next day. They had a quick look and discussed the issue with me, and were generally sympathetic when I was a little stressed with the whole situation (sorry Doug Macmillan for my little outburst). He explained what they could do for me, and now have come away with two appointments with another dentist at the same surgery who is actually going to get me out of pain! The receptionist (sorry I did not get her name) was also so helpful, finding me the first appointment available to get me out of pain, and then when I explained I am starting a new job and have a probation period I have to be careful of, even managed to find me the follow up appointment that meant I would not have to take time out of the new job. She has even promised to keep me in mind should they get any cancellations and be able to move me up. If only I could swap both myself and my husband to them permanently so I could avoid the constant battle I seem to be having with my own. I can only keep trying ;-) But keep it up Bespoke Dental, you are a refreshing reminder that good customer service is possible!!!!!

   I’ve been coming to Bespoke Dental since July/August this year and I’ve had the best service. All the staff have been amazing, so polite, friendly, and helpful. I first saw Natalie, who was fantastic and resolved my issues promptly. I’ve since been seeing Daniel Lekhi, and he has really taken great care of me and made me feel completely at ease. The receptionists are always so welcoming and greet you with a smile every time. I highly recommend Bespoke Dental!

   10/10 – Would definitely recommend this dentist! I’m a serious tooth grinder and had worn away a lot of the enamel on my the back of my front teeth. I first went to a different dentist who spent maybe 15 minutes total doing a quick check-up, X-ray, and a general look, it felt so rushed. When I told them I was worried about my front teeth and how much I’d ground them down, they just said nothing could be done to fix them and told me to wear a mouth guard. I tried to ask questions but got the same answer. I left feeling really disappointed and like I’d wasted my money. I still wasn’t happy to just leave my teeth in their current state, as I was scared they would chip, so I searched for dentists near me with high reviews, and Bespoke came up. I booked an appointment, and it was a completely different experience. I was there for nearly an hour, had X-rays taken, and my teeth were checked really thoroughly. They even found a cavity the other dentist hadn’t mentioned or probably hadn’t even noticed. They took the time to look at each tooth for any issues. When I asked what could be done about my teeth and the grinding, we went through different options and ended up going with composite bonding for repair and teeth whitening for a brighter look. I also had my cavity fixed before starting the whitening. I’ve just had my follow-up after getting my top eight teeth done with composite, and I honestly couldn’t be happier. My teeth look and feel amazing! Dr. Raff is incredible! He really takes the time to listen, explain everything, and make sure you’re happy with the work done. The rest of the team are lovely too. My teeth look so natural, and I’ve had loads of compliments. I love that when I go there, it never feels rushed; you actually feel looked after. I also had a hygienist appointment, which was great, my teeth looked and felt so good afterwards. Each time I go there I leave feeling happy and feel like it was money well spent. So glad I made the switch to Bespoke Dental Reading. Below are my pictures, you can see the “before” taken by Bespoke and the one taken today by me after the review. I love how they look and feel. I no longer need to worry about my teeth's integrity, they feel strong and stable and look so good! Thanks Dr. Raff and Bespoke!!

   I was in a lot of pain, Having just moved I was unable to find a dentist to take me. I called 111 and they gave me this number. I called and was given an emergency appointment, I had Brenda MacMillan, an absolutely wonderful lady. Caring and professional. She dealt with the pain but was unable to extract the tooth due to medication that I was on. I called back once my medication stopped and again was given an appointment, Brenda extracted my tooth. I went back a few days later and she was still the same at dealing with me and looking after me. A third visit, I was checked before I was released from her care. Brenda listened took everything on board and took really good care of me, Thank you so much for being so relaxed and understanding, It put me at ease and made the consecutive visits a less stressful time for someone that has a real fear of the dentist. I would highly recommend Dental gentle, They really are...

   18 months ago had to have 2 teeth removed and a couple of fillings put in (£600). Fillings came out within 2 months, replaced with no fee. Fell out again a few weeks later, still not replaced. 3 checkups later I was informed that the root of one of the teeth extracted was still present and has caused a cavity on the adjacent tooth. That cost over £400 to extract the root and fill the cavity. £400 for 50minutes effort. Good work if you can get it. Apparently they charge for the work they have to do not the time it takes. I feel distinctly ripped off. They will not be enjoying my custom in the future.

   My 8 year old daughter had an accident in school and broke down two of her front teeth along with a lot of bruising, Dr Brenda MacMillan was generously kind enough to arrange an emergency appointment for her and treated her crooked teeth as well as other dental issues very professionally and politely.    I just wanted to say we have been coming to Rebecca for some time and I find her care and attention first class. I myself am a nervous patient and she always puts me at ease. She is great with the children. As you can imagine coming in with three children can be tricky but it always goes smoothly and that’s down to her care. Both herself, the dental nurses and reception staff are always kind and helpful. Highly recommend.
