   I received absolutely first class customer service and advice from a really helpful, nice guy at the counter and a Valeo front wiper blade (in stock) for a slightly uncommon 14 year old Toyota, a blade that is miles better quality than the Bosch one, with cheap, nasty plastic fittings, that had broken on the car and left it useless under most circumstances. And all this on a Saturday afternoon when other suppliers were closed. Halfords, by the way, proved totally useless for my purposes. Well done Euro Parts!

   Not bad, they have parts for most cars ranging from budget to OEM quality however. Prices are sometimes way out and vary a lot during times of the year. Don't like it when companies keep changing prices on "staple" products they should be fixed price items throughout the year. Not change from one week to another.

   Reserved an inverter on the website, with them saying able to collect in 15 mins, drove 25 mins to the shop only to be told its not in and will have to wait a few days for delivery. Waste of time

   Quoted by Dacia Agent £46 for an indicator repeater lens. Paid less than £7 at ECP for the whole unit. Splashed out for 2, all 3 windscreen wipers cost less than a single one from the main dealer. A must, helpful staff and all you really need is your registration number.

   I thought that this place was only for the motor trade,but it does sell to the public. I looked online for the part that I needed,saw it was in stock and went to their shop. Unfortunately, I was told that the part was in stock at one of their branches in Hampshire and not at the one I was at. I was not impressed at that point but the man behind the counter said he could have it here in a few hours and low & behold he did. I was well impressed and before I handed over my money, he suggested that I go outside and make sure it fits my car,which it did. Then I paid and went away happy. My experience of this company is excellent.
