   Poor experience with Asha. Mercedes technician unable to fit bulbs - they were incompatible, and Asha refused to cover return costs, despite this being a legal requirement. Their advertising fails to make clear that retrofitting LED bulbs into halogen units is illegal — something the Advertising Standards Agency ruled against ABD earlier this year — yet ABD still only mention the illegality in the small print. Asha tried to present this as a “grey area,” but it is not: these bulbs are illegal, and unless an MOT tester overlooks them, they will fail. Shockingly, I was even advised to install the LEDs, swap them out for the MOT, then refit them afterwards — effectively encouraging customers to break the law. I eventually found a workaround so ABD paid the return, but not without a fight. Avoid.

   Buyers be aware they recommend products that are more expensive and then still not compatible with the car or headlight then make up excuses about there products not even knowing the correct fitment details to a car or van. Mis selling terrible customer service and poor quality bulbs. No doubt they will respond to this review with BS exactly what they feed me ! Buyers beware

   Bought a pair of bulbs for my car recently from this website based on the good reviews however I will never recommend anyone to buy from this company! Bad customer service and incorrect details on items. The bulbs I purchased didn’t match the description. The description said it was ‘white light’ but when I got them fitted it was warm yellow colour. I got intouch by phone first so the advisor told me to email them so I did with photo evidence. The response I got from them was not helpful and disappointing. They responded back saying: ‘The description that we use is from the information of the brand has provided of the item, If you are not happy with the product its worth taking up with the brand of the bulb and provide them with your feed back’ WOW! So you’re selling a product knowing it doesn’t match the description but you copied and pasted it on your site for people to buy. Cut the long story short it didn’t get resolved I sent it back. Cost me time and money (labour)/postage. They sent replacement ones which was abit cheaper and refunded me the difference but guess what. The news ones arrived and when I got them fitted they’re still warm colour when I wanted cool bright white light. I gave up! Just avoid them at all costs.

   First class company to deal with. Kim Bonard emailed in detail the options available for upgrading the lights on a 2007 Cayman. Saved me a lot of searching and deliberating. Adopted his suggestion for the Xenon HID Stealth conversion kit for dip-beam which arrived on time and easy to fit. Great improvement indeed to night vision - and safety! Wonderful to be able to approach a company which not only answers website questions, but carefully sets out the options available, with pros and cons, against cost for each and then supplies links to take you direct to the products recommended. Amazing service indeed.

   Fantastic company with great customer service! I had awful halogen projector headlights and decided I needed an upgrade. I purchased the Stealth H7 35W HID kit in 5000K. The kit is top quality and fitment easy. The light output is unreal and beam pattern was spot on. After realising the kit was not fully compatible with my vehicle, I got onto customer service and was able to sort a return quickly and easily. Fully recommend this company.

   "SHINE BRIGHT LIKE A DIAMOND" I was fed up of poor lights in the dark so I tried this place. I eventually went for HID lights as LED I found a little too bright, but i guess its all personal preference. "No more last minute swerving to try and avoid potholes in the dark as finally i can see them coming". Good money spent and big thank you to Konrad for fitting them.
