   Scarlet was really fast and professional in replacing the headlamp lamps on my wifes mini. The weather was atrocious, but she remained happy and completed the works required. At the counter she provided a positive a friendly service. She is a real asset to your company!

   Massively helpful- Thank you Matt Just been in to discuss the complexities of the cycle to work scheme, where Matt was very knowledgeable and cleared some bits up. Also realised that I'll need a bike rack for the car. Matt explained everything around fitting and the best one for my car. As I know nothing about this, it was great to have the expert help. He also helped me save some money with he items I was buying. Thanks for the help, really great service, especially as it was towards the end of your shift!!!

   Halford store Eastleigh. Free Air Con check.. Your online booking was simple easy to understand… The fact the check was FOC was great. The service given by Chris and Lee was outstanding. Friendly above and beyond. They found that the pressure was slightly low, assured me that I didn’t have To do anything at the moment, but they could do it if I liked…. At a price…. I liked!. They completed the Gas up in about 10 minutes, tidied up the engine bay and sent me on my way. Would I go there again? YES Would I recommend a friend? YES

   I visited today to collect some previously ordered Wiper Blades but was expecting t9 be advised when they had been received… James was on the till and after greeting in a friendly professional way checked and found the Blades had in fact been received but apologised I had not been advised.. As he was so polite I accepted the oversight and was then delighted when James personally came out to my Car and fitted the Blades for me which was excellent Customer Service in my opinion. Today was a really pleasant experience and I will definitely continue using Halfords in Eastleigh where as I said James provided truly excellent Customer Service

   Recently bought a nearly new car which had what appeared to be wiring for a Dash Cam. Went Halfords in Eastleigh today for advice about buying a Dash Cam. The Sales Assistant (James) was fantastic. He brought a Dash Cam out to our car and plugged it into the existing wiring which confirmed the wiring was compatible and live. We went back into the store and he explained the features and benefits of their range of Dash Cams recommending a mid ranged device. We bought a Dash Cam with slightly better picture resolution and appropriate SD Card. Although we could have plugged in the Dash Cam when we got home, James proceeded to connect the Dash Cam, set it up and install the App onto my Smartphone. All for free. Outstanding service James and thank you for going the extra mile. That's why you should always try and buy goods and services from actual people in actual shops rather than just ordering from Amazon.

   Terrible, I paid for a mobile service for a new battery, like recommended. Took a day off work for no one to show up. Spend over an hour with customer service for them to say sorry but you’ll have to go in store tomorrow. Do not trust this store to help. They have now left me in an impossible position for tomorrow. I will be seeking compensation.

   I went to Halfords yesterday to have my headlamp bulbs replaced. The man at the counter was extremely helpful and efficient. He explained that I was also entitled to a free check too. He kept me updated while I waited. The mechanic was very thorough. I would recommend this company every time without doubt. Thank you all so much Kind regards Christine
