   Purchased order for 4 tyres to be replaced and booked appointment for 14:15 on day of fitting. Received a text prior to fitting appointment stating that car had to be with KwixFit on time otherwise appointment slot could be cancelled. Disappointing that when arriving on site at specified time found several customers in reception waiting service and several cars parked outside workshop. Was told that it would be about an hour to fit the tyres. Returned 45 minutes later to find car on on car lift with 4 old tyres still on. Fitting was finally completed at 16:00. On inspection the next day I found excess tyre lubricant, used to fit the tyres, on all tyre side walls and on the alloy wheels.

   The initial quote of 1 hour is ok, but in total it took almost 2 hours. You were unable to align my wheels. You do not have the DS7 on your system. I asked for a health check but didn't get one. I would have appreciated tyre pressures on all wheels being checked when you rotated them. Staff member was great, but looked much too busy.

   Brilliant service at Kwik Fit Chandlers Ford. After hitting a pothole, my tyre came off the rim while driving and I had to fit the emergency spare. I went straight to Kwik Fit where the team were incredibly helpful. They hammered out the dent, refitted and pressure-tested the tyre, swapped it back on for me. The Kwik Fit guy was friendly, efficient, and explained that there may be a slow leak due to the rim damage, so to keep an eye on it. The best part: they didn't charge me. Outstanding professionalism and help when I really needed it. Highly recommended A++++

   I recently visited Kwik Fit after discovering a puncture in my tyre, and the service I received was outstanding. Manager Taifen was incredibly helpful from the moment I arrived. He assessed the damage quickly, explained the repair process clearly, and reassured me that they would get me safely back on the road as soon as possible. The repair itself was fast, professional, and carried out with real attention to detail. The whole team worked efficiently, and the price for the repair was very reasonable.

   They have always been very helpful to me when I have needed to have my tyre pressure checked, and today I had a sudden puncture. Popped into Kwik Fit, and within half an hour it was all fixed and ready. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

   Visited on Sunday (very late in the day and close to closing) with a nail in a tyre, there was not availability but Kieran came out to greet me and was very polite and offered to put air in the tyre and booked me in for a prompt appointment. I had to call the following day to change the appointment and the phone was answered quickly and very politely. Visited today and the nail in the tyre was beyond repair, the tyre was replaced very quickly and in less than the estimated wait time I was given. Kieran was very polite on the phone when calling to discuss needing a new tyre and very polite again when I returns to collect the car. I cannot fault the efficiency and politeness of the team. It was clear everyone working was busy but all very professional and happy to assist . I would be glad to recommend and return and will be switching from Halfords

   Came in as an emergency on a Sunday afternoon, followed in by the AA! Team were all great, found the time to fix the tyre which turned out to be a faulty valve. Service levels were all good from beginning to end. Really have no negatives. Excellent experience. Thanks to Dan and the team.
