   I have been a patient of many different dental practices - too many to count - over my 7 decades, and Italdent is the first of them that I can genuinely recommend without any reservations. The difference I've found here is the way that they take the time to understand what you want and need to get the best results. They assess your teeth, explain what options are possible, and what's involved with each option - time, cost, etc. Then it's up to you to choose. There's no judgement, no persuasion to go one way or another, and you get a sense that they really care that you should get the best possible treatment, whatever that means in your terms. And it's not just your teeth - their care and advice extends to other related aspects of health. And every member of the team shows the same caring approach to each of their patients.

   My whole experience at Italdent Dental care yesterday 11.12.2025 was 100% excellent. Dora has always been so very kind and caring on the phone and she was the same at reception yesterday Kateryna with her nurse were just fabulous. Kathryna was 100% professional and efficient. She explained everything very carefully so I felt completely secure and confident about the success of my procedure ... and it was successful. She was also extremely kind, caring with a lovely listening ear. Fabio has done a truly wonderful job adding a new tooth on my denture. It was all in all, a good experience I can't thank the four of you enough. An enormous thank you!!

   Cannot fault this practice in any way. Everyone is professional, friendly and always go the extra mile to provide the best possible service. I take the whole family, my son has additional needs and Kat makes a real effort to make him feel comfortable enough to have his teeth checked. They are also reasonably priced.    5 stars isn’t high enough. For someone who’s had awful experiences with dentists and is terrified of needles, Italdent go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and their work is incredible. Absolutely zero pain, zero times I didn’t feel listened to and incredible advice and help with recovery even phoning the next day to check I was alright. I’ve been back for hygienist and other appointments since and am writing this having brought my daughter in for her extractions ready for her braces From Dora on reception who is polite, attentive and so helpful to Kat the dentist who I can’t thank enough! 5 stars is not enough

   The team at Italdent is outstanding, the service provided is to the highest quality and I have never been so at ease at a dental practice. Kat and Fabio explained all possible options of treatments, costs and long term consequences in a very educational and professional way, allowing me to choose the plan that suits me best. All the staff are friendly, Dora being an exceptional first point of contact and is always keen to help answer any questions that I may have while the nurses, Khindra and Sarah, are very warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit. I cannot recommend Italdent enough.

   I had a problem with an implant that was moving slightly and wanting to get it seen as quickly as possible, I called ITALDENT whom I had been to some years previously. Dora took my first call and promised to try and see what they could do for me and in no time at all I was booked in the next day. I was looked after initially by Fabio who talked me through what he was going to do step by step to check out my loose implant. Next step I went for some important hygiene work with Kat before she put the crown back on.She then explained some key cleaning procedure I should follow. All I can say is right throughout this visit, everything was explained clearly in detail,very professionally in a very friendly calm environment. Highly recommend!

   Fabio and his team are not only highly professional but also incredibly patient and kind. I cannot recommend Italdent highly enough to anyone who has any dental requirement but particularly if you are apprehensive or have complex issues. Kat is an amazing dentist and the quality of their care is second to none.

   I would like to say how much I appreciate the help and support from the team at Italdent, especially Dora who is usually the first point of contact when you call. She is always professional and polite and willing to help with any queries I may have had, especially during the pandemic when things were not normal to say the least! Fabio and Kat and the rest of the team are always welcoming when I have been in the surgery, and due to the relaxed atmosphere I have felt confident and comfortable referring friends who have previously had bad experiences of dentists and are now quite anxious as I know they will be put at ease. I can't recommend the team highly enough.

   I was a very nervous patient . I'm so please that I did go to them. Nothing was too much trouble they listened to my concerns patiently and offered a range of solutions. Fabio and Kat take such pride in there work, I was 100% satisfied with them, the receptionist always has a smile when you come in and you are put at great ease by all the staff. I would very much recommend Italdent to everyone
