A very bad experience with the staff in the store. Not willing to communicate at all it feels like a store without any staff. The lady with black hair she wasn’t welcoming and not happy to serve at the tills, she had a very bad attitude. NOT PROFESSIONAL! Zero customer service unfortunately!!.
I had a broken product upon opening it. Without a receipt then they won't give a return. This would be completely okay, except for the receipt printer counting down quickly with an option for "no receipt" as the default. Anyone who isn't familiar with this completely unique till system (no other shop has a few seconds to choose a receipt) has no way of returning faulty goods. Terrible customer service with absolutely no cares as to helping the situation (I had proof of purchase from my bank statement they could have easily verified) Never going back.

I love this shop... always find a bargain and end up buying more than I intended to. Great quality and value for money. Wonderful seasonal items always for sale. Super friendly and helpful staff. So happy Aberdeen has one. Was always going to the Glasgow stores to get my "tiger fix". lovely little toys for wee kids that are sustainable and educational.
I visited this shop last week. Was really quiet, so easy to social distancing.. but no track and trace in place, the staff was wearing a mask. The layout was good, and plenty of stock on the shelfs, and seems a really reasonable priced shop. Service at the till was polite and welcoming.. and seemed to know a lot of the prices. Would recommend and would revisit again.
Fantastic little shop with many unusual and useful items. Inspirational items for children and the home. A great shop full of innovative and excellent products. Lovely sweets too.
