Wanted to see if my ‘new’ mk3 had any corrosion and needed work plus sealing so rang and Julian said to pop by sometime. When I did he stopped what he was doing and put it up on the ramp. I know very little about cars so he could have told me anything but he said it was in really good shape. He even checked out a tiny problem with the roof. No charge at all. Really appreciate it. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
Basically they have done most of the above at a reasonable price and well......highly recommended! Julian is friendly and doesn't overcharge.....I wouldn't go anywhere else......so happy with the service. Good guy and also loves MX5's so understands why us owners want to spend money keeping them going for as long as possible.....thank you
Excellent Service! Rang up yesterday and managed to squeeze me in today to fix my window. One new switch and window regulator later and we have a working window again. Lovely owner and extremely fast turnaround so very happy. Will be using DoctorMX5 again for my MOT!
Rang up about my MX5 making a horrible noise from the engine. The chap was very knowledgeable and helpful, really grateful for his advice. Especially as in the end my car is probably beyond help.
I've recently moved to the area and I needed to find a specialist for my MX5. These guys were brilliant and advised me on the best and most cost effective ways to resolve a few issues with my car including a new exhaust, suspension, brakes etc. First class advice and even managed to source some used parts which saved me a few bob too. If you have any model of MX5, these guys really know their stuff. Highly recommended.
The team at Dr Mx5 did a fantastic job on the sills of my mk2. They are very experienced with these cars and I am sure mine will last much longer now it is repaired properly. They did a few extra bits with in charge and costs for this labour intensive job were very fair. I will definitely use them to keep my old car in the road. Thanks
