   I had my tyres replaced (bought online over £400 for 2 tyres) in this derelict garage on 21st Nov. The staff couldn't be more miserable and unhappy, even if they try. Since the tyres were installed, I have experienced noticeable juddering while driving, particularly at lower speeds. This issue was not present before the fitting which strongly suggests that the tyres were not balanced or installed correctly. Worse still, when I left the garage the tyre pressures had been set incorrectly, reaching 3.0 bar even though I specifically instructed the member of staff to set it as 2.4 bar. This is far above the correct specification for my vehicle and made the drive (I was driving straight to work) extremely uncomfortable and potentially dangerous. After finishing a late shift at 10 pm, I was forced to stop at a petrol station to release the excess pressure just to make the car safe to drive. This was both inconvenient and unacceptable. It is extremely concerning that such a fundamental safety check was not carried out properly. That's quite simply lowest quality service you could imagine. It took a couple of weeks to resolve it, and finally I'm booked at a different garage to rebalance both them tyres. Thank you Rabia from National Tyres for your assistance after the other Halfords department just put me on hold for half an hour not willing to deal with this matter. My first and last visit there.

   I had a pleasant experience with National tyres and autocare. I had a puncture on Thursday afternoon, went online and found they could book me in for Friday morning. It was quite cheap all things considered! They drove my car in as soon as I had given them the keys and it was done in 45 minutes. To add, Ive not had any issues in the days following. Thank you!

   I took my car into National tyres Totton for a free suspension check and a knocking noise, the team were brilliant they checked my suspension and found my under tray had a bolt missing which they replaced free of charge, they also found I had a puncture in one of my tyre by a nail which they fixed, in essence only paid for the puncture repair. Excellent service and excellent outcome.

   Had a real issue on Sunday at 3.30 phoned the guys at national and they were brilliant so helpful trying to do a repair but couldn't do it so fitted a decent tyre for good price. But thanks guys you worked hard to help me. Use them you will get good service

   Tracking booked and paid online days ago. Arrived to find that they do not have a working alignment machine and have not for many months. Apparently it will take 3 days for my money to be returned for a service that they had no ability to offer. Essentially they will be the custodian of my money for over a week whilst I find an alterative last minute.

   Thank you to all the team at National Tyres for fitting my tyres yesturday. Did a fantasic job of fitting a set of new rears to my Jaguar X Type. Nothing was a problem and what an excellent service from these guys I had. Just smooth swift and done with smiles. Its the second time I've had tyres replaced here and this will always be my No.1 'Go to' from now on. I'm leaving such a good review because this garage deserves it. After being messed around by Hythe Tyres who refused to fit a pair of new rears to my car because of the apparent 'Condition' of my alloys I am so thankful I came back here to have a set fitted.
