   I have attended a couple of Kundalini activation retreats that Rachel has held, and they have been life changing. I have mixed the retreats with other holistic therapies and the combination has worked really well for me. Rachel is extremely welcoming, and I connected with her straight away. The environment feels calm, safe and relaxing - the ideal space for this kind of energy work.    I had a facial/ massage of the shoulders, neck and chest. I immediately felt assured on arrival, Rachel was really nice and her studio has lovely relaxing tranquil vibes. The facial itself was super relaxing and I felt really fresh faced after and just energised in general. The massage was also a great tension releaser and the whole experience just gave me a much needed boost. I have only positive things to say!

   I had a full body massage and hopi ear candle treatment with Rachel yesterday evening and it was brilliant. I've been for some really fancy and expensive massages in my time and the quality and skill Rachel presented was up there! Her treatment room is small but don't let this put you off - she's clearly very talented and skilled at what she does. Great value for money.
