Fabulous nail salon, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, all the staff are incredible at what they do. I have been going for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend.
It’s with my pleasure to type this my honest review on: Perfection Nail & Beauty Salon, 37 Prospect Street, Caversham, Reading, RG4 8JB I’ve been a Happy Client of Perfection Nails every 3-4 weeks for these past 8 years. During this time; not once have I needed to return for a nail repair. I can’t say the same for any previous salons I’ve been too; where I’m lucky if they even spoke with me beyond my sitting in their chair and choosing a nail colour. I despised how at alternative Nail Salons the staff would chat amongst themselves in a foreign language; whilst I sat there feeling like just another # who’s easily replaced. VS Perfection Nail & Beauty Salon where you defiantly feel a valued client; as they never fail to chat with their clients on a 1-1 in a personal conversation; that picks up from where you left off at your last visit. They remember your past conversations with genuinely interest. You are their sole-primary focus from arrival to departure! You enter their Salon as a stranger and leave as a friend. You are special to them. Hence why I’ve become a loyal client of Perfection Nails & Beauty Spa in Caversham, Reading for so many years; with no intention of changing at anytime! Their recent Salon renovations are Devine. I’ve found all staff members to be welcoming and friendly to each and every client that walks through their door! Nothing is too much trouble. Their willingness to please shines through; irrelevant if you’re a new; existing or like myself and many others; a Longterm client. I look fwd to each of my visits; to our chats and the social banter we have during my service; it is important to myself and a big part of the reason I look fwd to each of my nail appointments! It’s become one of my social outings I can and do look fwd to attending. You’ll even get offered a drink. I can’t praise this nail salon and its staff enough and the professional service they provide. OMG; do book yourself into a pedicure; it’s Devine and has your feet feeling soft and silky for weeks. Plus you’ll get to rest and relax in a plush massaging chair throughout your foot pampering. The staff's engaging; professional and happy to please their clients. Treating each one of us as their special client. No matter if it’s nails or a Beauty treatment; I can highly recommend you book an appointment to be pampered here; it won’t disappoint. Really warm environment, the owners are extremely nice and you can tell its a a family business. The nails are really high quality, I switched from flamingo to here because the work is just better, my nails lasted and didn't crack for a solid 3 weeks of hard work where I wasnt precious with them.
Lovely, personable and brilliant technicians that remember you! The colour range is extensive and covered nudes, warm, cool, bright, chrome - you name it! Special shout out to Han who has been looking after me for the last year. But the whole team are smashing. I recommend them to everyone!
I am disappointed with the service. It felt very rushed as there were other customers waiting so the £40 nails I was charged for were sloppy and poorly done. They are tacky to the touch and not perfect at all. The nail beds were not even prepped. It was my first time here and they definitely treated returning customers differently e.g. taking their coats and offering them a drink but not me. For £40 nails I am very upset. I paid the same as any other customer yet my service was rushed and not done well at all. I wish I had refused to pay at the till but felt pressured to. I wouldn’t recommend.
Friendly and warm service as well as able to give great advice on what best suits my nails. Also fitted in an eyebrow wax at short notice for me. I have just moved to caversham area and will be returning.
After hearing good reviews about this nail salon I wanted to give it a try. However, now I won't be returning. Firstly, the lady didn't listen to what I asked for and the end result of my nails wasn't as I had wanted. Then secondly, 2 days later one nail snapped off. Then another nail came off a day after, so as you can imagine I wasn't pleased. I called the salon, they weren't prepared to do anything about it and couldn't even fit me in to sort them. Not very happy and I wouldn't recommend this nail salon.
Amazing! I messaged on Monday asking for an evening appointment the same week and they offered me Tuesday at the time I was hoping for!!! Perfect!!! The staff were all so welcoming and friendly and my nails turned out great! I told them what I wanted and showed them an image and they did exactly what I asked for and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted!!! They checked with every stage that I was happy with how they were, which I liked! I didn’t feel rushed in and out at all. AND they weren’t having their own little conversations between themselves and not acknowledging me like other places that I’ve been. Their customer service is great! I will definitely be booking another appointment for a few weeks time! And I won’t hesitate to recommend them!
