   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, l have not received my item purchased and have been bounced around with every excuse possibly by their Customer Service personal which are hopeless, l have to get eBay involved & PayPal now to get a refund as they refuse to even acknowledge my requests for a refund, my item is 18 days over due and still no sign of it coming, they say they are getting returns by the dozens due to Customs & Postal feuds which has nothing to do with me , so give me my refund as my item hasn’t arrived, but no they just keep ignoring me with messages of “ wait & see a bit longer “ , simply put they are the worst Customer Service l have ever dealt with on eBay or any company or site for that matter, stay away from them you have been warned !!!!

   Absolutely diabolical service! Item never received. They failed to copy my address. Item returned to sender yet they claim its been delivered contrary to what parcelforce state. They also ignore my emails and immediately hang up on me once call connects. Only one question remains. Are they engaging in criminal activity or are they simply but grossly incompetent?
