   Ben was so helpful and understanding when we were looking for help after we were let down by breakdown service cancelling job after a 3 hour wait! Left the car with Hardings and coil spring was fixed within 2 days. The customer service here is second to none, and cannot fault anything. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting good, friendly service from people who appear to actually want to be there. Thank you from a very appreciative mum!

   I recently brought my car for service and MOT here and I wanted to post a review because I was so completely impressed with the experience. As someone who very reluctantly deals with car related things this is not my favourite time of year but the person who I spoke with picked this up straight away and guided me through everything carefully, going through my options and really taking the details into account like my usage and the age of the car. He recommended a service option for me for now and in future and also helped me correct some minor issues without being pushy or upselling anything. I watched him take the same care with everyone who came to the desk that day and honestly it was such a refreshing experience compared to how nervous I usually feel at the garage. It was a very fair price and a lovely experience, I will definitely be back next year and for anything else my car needs. Thank you!!

   Absolutely incredible service from all staff members, they cannot do enough for you. Ben in particular is fantastic!! I have been taking both my Escort and my Mazda to these guys for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else for work on either of my cars. Well priced, really friendly and communication is brilliant. Couldn’t recommend these guys enough to anyone who is looking for work done on their car.

   Update: 16/03/23 Once again, they have outdone themselves incredible service throughout. Went to another garage as hardings were fully booked at the time, which is a good sign, and was told my injectors and turbo needed replacing and that the cost would run into the thousands. I decided to take it back to hardings for a second opinion and after a diagnostic no codes were found despite the other garage saying there was and that after a few investigations it was found the glow plugs were all completely dead and that it wasn't the turbo or injectors. Suffice to say they have saved me thousands in repairs. Even doing some under the hood repairs free of charge, like tightening up things changing rusty bolts and keeping me updated and informed throughout the process. Thoroughly recommend. I wish I'd come here first. Friendly informative staff and fantastic service! I had a problem picked up by my diagnostic equipment and again by f1 autocentres in Hedge End who basically told me to buy the part online cheaper and fix it myself as it would be expensive and this is without even verifying the issue. I took my car to this local centre and what a day and night experience. I was told the issue would be examined to see if it was actually the MAF sensor or a symptom of another issue. I left my car with them overnight as I had school run early in the morning and I recieved a call around an hour after they had opened saying they had found the issue and it was the result of another issue. We agreed to a price, and everything was explained from beginning to end. They even managed to get the part the same day and fix it!! You just get the feeling that Hardings is geniune and not trying to fleece you and know what they're talking about. Will definitely recommend them to anyone and have done.

   I've used Harding's for many years now for MOTs, annual service and repairs both large and small. They are the best garage I've ever used. Today they spotted a problem with my brakes during my car's yearly service. As ever, Ben explained what the problem was and talked me through my options which helped me to make a very informed decision as to the repairs. I never feel railroaded into a decision or ripped off. Every other garage I've used over the decades has always managed to traumatise me or insult my intelligence. I recommend them unhesitatingly. Top job, thank you.

   As someone who finds going to the garage without my husband very nerve wracking, we used Harding’s a couple of months ago and couldn’t of had a better experience. I now am happy to go to the garage on my own where the mechanics explain exactly what needs doing and as to why. Today they managed to fit me in very last minute and get all the work done for me! Everyone in there is so friendly and helpful and I think they price very well. So happy to have found fantastic garage!

   Honestly, an absolutely fabulous, really friendly bunch of guys. My tire blew 50 metres down the road from the garage this morning so I walked up and asked for some help. Ben saw to me straight away and another member of staff, Tom, came down the road in their van immediately and got my spare tyre on so I could park up at the garage. They sorted out a new tyre for me plus they changed my wheel nuts so I can change my tyre in the future without needing the locking nut (which had gone walkabouts). They were both so helpful, professional and friendly and really went out of their way to help me out considering I just walked in without any warning. I have only recently moved to the area and only used them before when I got my MOT done in January, same great service, great prices. Thank you so much and very much appreciated! Would highly recommend and won't go anywhere else for sure! :)
