Had some work carried out but south coast automotive today. Was met with a very friendly, knowledgeable team. Was very helpful in finding the correct services. Just left my car with them and got a phone call to let me know when it was all done and ready for collection. Highly recommend using these guys and I will be returning in the future.
What a well oiled operation (pun intended). From the moment I spoke to Mike on the phone about our DPF issue, I knew we were in good hands as he's extremely knowledgeable. We sourced our own replacement DPF, which he was happy to fit, having given it a once over to assess the condition. We had the pleasure of meeting Kirsty, who is super friendly and runs a tight ship, ensuring we were looked after every step of the way. We affectionately call our car 'Pootle', which she was sweet enough to write on the yellow key tag. It's those little personal touches that make a difference. The job was completed much quicker than we expected and at a very reasonable price. Mike gave us some helpful aftercare advice and overall we're very impressed with the service we received from everyone. Mike recently changed gear box oil and at the same time has secured future servicing and maintenance. Quoted price was reasonable, was able to see replaced oil (so job actually done), gave me some advisories and things to look out for.
