Took my Nissan Qashqai in because it was making a clonky sound. Thought "oh no ... here we go, expensive bill time". Had to wait a little for the shop to open, but SO glad it did, after putting the car in, it turned out the exhaust had a bracket hanging wrong - total cost for the fix? £20 ! Bargain! My thanks to the hardwork of JTM Autos, and their considerable honesty with such a low cost fix. Very recommended. Will be using them again and recommending them totally.

Absolutely top garage won't be going anywhere else i highly recommend it always had problems with garages as I don't know anything about mechanics quick efficient and decently priced
Extremely disappointed with the service I received. My car failed it's MOT and I was quoted £203.47 (including all parts, mot itself, vat and labour) over the phone and was assured that that was the exact price after me making sure twice during the phone that that wouldn't go up. Recieved a phone call to tell me my car was ready to be collected this morning with a comment about how there was now a price difference but that the price was kept as close as possible to the original quote. Well I ended up paying £282 which is another third of the price on top of the original quote and all done without any communication to me before the work was done to confirm that I was happy with the price increase. It was NOT my fault the wrong parts were ordered and quoted and I didn't appreciate the lie that the price had been lowered to the best of her ability to keep it close to the original quote when i was given a break down of everything and where every penny went and its all counted for. Not a penny taken off of the VAT, Labour or anything, not that I expect money off but don't lie about it. All I expected from this was communication. Don't trust the quotes you're given. Do not reccomend, go elsewhere.

This is a guy who won't rip you of and price to do work is fair, would recommend this guy for any work and mot. Had no problem with them and they are friendly
