    This week I had an unfortunate incident with a pothole which caused some damage to my wheel. I took my car in on Tuesday morning and it was all sorted by Wednesday afternoon. Rikki and his team are brilliant. I have been taking my cars here for a number of years and they are reliable and very helpful - very important for a lady on her own.

    Emailed on 22nd of September asking for a quote for several items, cambelt, water pump, plugs, oil and filter change etc. no reply until 3rd of October saying the reply had been stuck in their outbox. I had already had the work completed (£1000+ worth) somewhere else but gave the benefit of the doubt. I am about to book the car in to have the discs and pads done front and rear. The reply this time was quick, asking for my phone number which I provided as they wanted to quote over the phone. Due to the nature of my job, taking personal calls between 0730 and 1730 is impossible for me. However this garage is not willing to do business with people like me - I have been advised the last emailed quote was a one off and that they are not willing to have me take a quote from them elsewhere for comparison. I wonder if they would treat people who are hard of hearing the same way? The Garage of a similar name in hedge end has done work for me before and is reasonable, and the £1000+ Job has just been completed by MGA in Southampton if your looking for someone with good communication

    I went here thinking it was part of the Hedge End chain I’d used before – but quickly found out it wasn’t. I had a service and MOT done which seemed fine at the time. Nine months and 6,000 miles later, my car flagged it needed another service. When I took it back, they just reset the counter to 6,300 miles/365 days. After I pointed out the mistake, they admitted it had been set in kilometres, not miles. Even with three mechanics trying, they couldn’t fix it properly, left my oil light flashing, and then told me I’d need to leave the car with them for further tests - and that I’d be charged if anything “needed fixing” (even though it was working fine before I brought it in today). To make matters worse, they even suggested I just “keep quiet”, or 'shtum' as they put it, to the next owner about the issue - which I found very worrying. Reception staff were polite and helpful, but sadly the workmanship and advice left me with no confidence. I’m now having to take the car to an official VW garage and spend £300 to correct their mistake. Don't recommend.

    Booked my car in for an interim service at short notice. Everyone was helpful and polite. They gave me a courtesy car and kept me updated throughout. The reception staff were great, and Rikki, the director, was really helpful.

    A good price service from a professional outfit. Always accommodating and all requests met....even got boss to make me a coffee! Updated 2022: After many years of attending this garage I will probably find a cheaper local option. Whilst they still offer better prices than a VW dealership they are quite steep. On a major service they did not clean my car. On my mother's car they did the work in 45 mins (she sat and waited) yet she was charged over 1.5Hr labour. My partners car was also serviced with a 2hr labour fee and it was in the garage a total of 27 mins! (caught on our in car camera) They did not lie about the charges upfront but seems they are mimicking the std dealership pattern of bumping up the overall cost by making a std labour fee rather than an actual labour time. This is quite frankly why our bills were £50 to £150 more than I was estimating my bill to be. If the work had taken that long I would not have felt let down. Sorry guys, seems a bit greedy and as my vehicle is now over 5yrs old I shall pick a cheaper garage with probably the same amount of service. Good luck though.

    My car needed quite a lot of work done to pass the MOT. I was happy with the figure they quoted but on top more work was found that needed to be done. I agreed as it needed doing, but when all the work was done they recalculated the time and work and the bill came out lower than the first quote even with the extra work.....very happy indeed. It was nice that this was passed onto me as they could have just charged me the higher amount. Great customer service and work carried out. Thank you I really appreciated it.

    Very friendly and efficient service. I had my annual service plus MOT done and this was the best service and customer care I have seen in a long time. Value for money, friendly, kept me informed and did exactly what they promised. Great was also the car pick-up and delivery. It took all the hassle of getting the service and MOT done and didn't cost a fortune. It was the first time I didn't get my Audi serviced at an Audi dealer but it was such a refreshingly good service that I will do it again.

    A few weeks ago, asked for a quotation for heater matrix replacement, and was told that they would call back with a quote. Unfortunately I have never received a call back on this. Had another go two weeks ago. On their website, for the same service, this branch charges a lot more than their hedge end branch. After speaking with their hedge end branch and was assured that Chandlers Ford branch would price match, I called them. Was told that they would call back in 5 mins. Believe it or not, they have not called back. I am sure i will no longer seek any quote from them or get a job done by them.
