   Ordered stuff over the weekend and they don't have it despite emails saying they do. Ask about it and they say the order would have been deleted because it was done on a Sunday? Bizarre. Not the first time I've driven to them to collect parts I have ordered that aren't there either. Won't be using them again.

   Worst place ever you walk in as a customer to buy engine oil off the shelf stand there for 15mins and no one wants to serve you. Absolutely shocking. What is the actual point of being open and having staff sit there working but they can’t be bothered to get off their arses to serve you.

   Well stocked and always helpful staff. Which is good as their website has no stock or online order information at all. Kind of old-school but for the sake of a phone call (or visit) you'll get what you're after anyway. Competitive prices too, so definitely worth a try if you're local to one of their branches

   Great service and lots of the bits we have needed have been in stock and the ones that aren't they can normally get in real fast. All parts are great quality and at a good price, the staff are really helpful with a good knowlage of the parts they sell, if on the off chance you do ask for a part they don't stock the staff are real good at knowing where else you may be able to source the part. Find what you need from them with a simple phone call, you'll find if they have it, if it's in stock and how soon you can get it. We have even had one of the guys drop parts off for us as we couldn't make it in after it got dropped to store. Real down to earth helpful people.
