   I’ve visited twice now and both experiences with the hair cut have been good however this time I also came for a colour. I asked to match my brown roots with an all over colour and to cover up my ends which had faded and gone a lot lighter. Harriet advised I go for a semi permanent colour as it would apply/wear better. When I said I was unsure about semi permanent as I want the colour to last and ensure good coverage of the light ends for as long as possible without fading she insisted on the semi permanent option. Then, once she started colouring my hair she mentioned how I would probably need to come back again in 8 weeks to re do it due to fading. Hearing this was the complete opposite of what I was expecting to be honest and I felt quite disappointed given the price paid. The colour has already started to fade quite quickly and I’ve since noticed on one side I’ve got a band of my old colour coming through. Overall a disappointing experience.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely LOVE my highlights! Kristy is amazing! She did my highlights and I couldn’t be happier with the result. She really listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect colour natural, and exactly what I had in mind. The whole experience was relaxing and professional. I left the salon feeling refreshed and confident. Highly recommend Kristy if you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing with color. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   I left my appointment with wet hair at the back, no offer to style /straighten my hair and was not given the option to look at the back of my hair which was just as well as It did not look like I just had my hair done. I think my stylist was not happy that I only wanted my roots and a cut done and no foils on this visit. When cutting my hair advised me she would try cutting out the colour as she wasn’t able to fully get the colour out as I was unable to extend my neck back far enough when shampooing the colour out !

   It was my first time here and I had quickly booked in a free consultation and a patch test. The lady (I think her name was Harriet) was super lovely and booked me in straight away. They could accommodate me with my working hours which was really useful to me and they had an amazing 50%off colour services. They quoted me with and without treatments which was useful and she did exactly what I wanted in response to my inspiration pic. She created an amazing result and was happy and smiley the whole time. They really went above and beyond for me and I will be returning. So far my favourite salon experience. I hope this reaches that lovely lady and she is appreciated accordingly ❤️ Thanks again, can’t wait to come back !!

   I called months in advance to book my hair up for my daughter’s wedding and was quoted £65. On arrival they were welcoming. We had a very quick consultation and I showed pictures of how I’d like my hair and showed that I had it like this at a previous wedding. It became clear after 45 mins sitting in the chair that the girl had no clue how to do a simple scruffy bun to one side. On several occasions she got advice from another stylist who eventually took over. She said that they didn’t do much bridal hair and not much experience! She reduced the price by 25%. I made it very clear I was not happy and did not get what I wanted! Although by the time I got back to my hotel I took it all out and re done it myself. (Which is what I had said whilst in the salon) if I had known, I would never have booked and would have done it myself! And was charged £45 for the privilege! Absolutely furious!
