   I cannot explain what a find crackers is for me ! I can turn up with some pics and say to Jen this is what I like but you do your twist on what suits me . I have full confidence in Jen to give me the best hair I could want , she says well will will do this and change that and wow what a fantastic hair style/ cut / colour. Absolutely love love love going here to get my hair done and thats been years since I could honestly say that . I walk out every time with satisfaction and a huge smile on my face . Well done Jen merry Christmas x

   I cannot recommend Charlotte enough. I’ve tried at least a dozen salons over the last 15 years or so and never had a haircut I’ve been happy with, so I was apprehensive going in, but decided to try Crackells as they are so close to my house. My hair was very long, and I needed a good amount of length cut off, plus a complete restyle. Charlotte spend a good amount of time discussing what I wanted and looking at pictures, then proceeded to deliver exactly what I had in mind. I was so thrilled I actually teared up a little. This was 3 months ago, and my cut still looks brilliant and I find it easy to style. Will definitely book with Charlotte again and I suggest others do the same.
