   Ben at Mary Handy Hair is an absolutely outstanding hairdresser! I came in with a brassy, orange-toned blonde that I had completely lost hope in, and he transformed it into the most stunning, beautifully blended colour I’ve ever had. The difference is unbelievable. The colour, the cut, and the entire experience were genuinely amazing from start to finish. Ben’s professionalism is next-level — he really takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel comfortable throughout the process. He’s incredibly skilled, meticulous, and has such an eye for what will suit you best. On top of that, he’s warm, friendly, and makes the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. Honestly, he’s a real lifesaver. I walked out feeling like a new person, and I’ve never been happier with my hair.    My first visit to Mary Handy and I am a complete fan! Ben did an amazing cut and finish with my super-fine, broken hair and also treated me to a relaxing neck, head & foot massage, not to mention a glass of chilled prosecco☺️He was very welcoming and took time to understand my hair ‘needs’. All the clients had clearly been coming for years. They were treated like family. They were super-friendly. It was overall a lovely experience. I’m booked in for my next session already!    I had the best experience at Mary Handy recently - it was a full on pampering session! While my hair was being washed I was offered a foot massage in a new foot massaging machine, the shampoo and treatments I had smelt incredible, my hair was wrapped in a hot towel and my eyes were covered with a hot stone mask. My cut was with Michelle, if you have curly hair I highly recommend her services! It was the first time in years that I had a hair dresser who understood the texture of my hair. She diffused it beautifully and recommended an aveda curl gel which I was a bit skeptical about but decided to invest in which now I love! Don’t let me forget to mention the complimentary glass of Prosecco. 10/10 experience and service I could not recommend more. Thankyou team!

   I absolutely love doing my hair at Mary Handy, I come all the way from Gatwick just to have my hair done by lovely Ben, who has been my one and only hairdresser for the last 4 years. My hair is very thin so not easy to find someone that can give advise and do the right haircut to make it look fuller, but Ben does an amazing job every time! I always leave very happy and relaxed after all the head massages and the nice chats. The salon is so welcoming, so pretty, and with such a relaxing atmosphere. And as a chihuahua owner I also love that Mr. Handy is always there❤️

   I love having my hair done at Mary Handy. Kai is brilliant and welcoming, and also provides the most fantastic head massage and botanical repair treatments. Ben is just the most amazing stylist with superb cutting skills. He takes the time to understand your hair type and any issues you have, as well as providing you with superb results which will definitely get you compliments from people long after you've left the salon. Taking some Aveda products home also allows you to continue the hair repair process in between appointments. The team at Mary Handy give you the gold star treatment the very moment you enter the salon. I really wouldn't go anywhere else now. And last but by no means least, the lovely little frosty face of Mr Handy, the salon dog - he's just too adorable for words!

   I absolutely love going to get my hair done at Mary Handy Hair. It’s more than a hair cut it’s the full experience. I was never one for going to the same salon until I came here and I’ve never looked back. The whole team are so friendly and they do an amazing job. They have turned my hair around. You wouldn’t believe the state my hair was in compared to what it looks like now. The team are even now doing my hair, bridesmaid and mums for my wedding !

   As soon as I came to Mary Handy, I was offered a hot drink and I received tea served royally, in a beautiful, stylish teapot next to which was served a tiny vase with fresh flowers and a biscuit, what a wonderful surprise! I couldn't believe how lucky I was, especially since my mood was a bit low that day and my hair was a mess. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do with my hair, but Ben came up with a suggestion to change my hair colour and he said it might be a good idea to go for a darker shade that will go well with my dark eyes. It was in fact a great idea and I loved the change very much. Ben is a wonderful stylist, completely devoted to what he does, a wonderful, joyful, communicative and exceptionally empathetic person. I haven't met a better stylist so far and I will definitely be going back to see him. Mary Handy is a very tastefully decorated place. Around you can see beautiful mirrors in stylish golden frames. The place is very clean. There is a very friendly atmosphere and you feel like you belong there. Being there was the best thing I could have done for myself and I felt like I was going to start a new journey, as if new and beautiful stages in my life were going to start at that day. And I wasn’t wrong… :) You guys are wonderful! Thank you.

   Such a lovely, friendly team. I have never been a regular at a particular salon until Mary Handy. We had an impromptu west end performance from a young customer this morning who obviously loves going there too and had brought sweets for all the customers... And they have massage boots too! New shop looking gorgeous.
