Got quoted £450 for some work to get done to my car from a BMW specialist and I thought the price was way too high. Managed to call this garage, he told me to pop my car over and surely enough, took him 20 mins and got everything working for only £50. Would highly recommend to anyone
Absolutely top-notch service from Kirk at KWR Services in Southampton! I had a turbo issue with my BMW 335d E91, and even with a last-minute Friday booking for Saturday, Kirk managed to fit me in and quickly pinpointed the exact part at fault rather than suggesting a costly replacement of the turbos, it was actually a pressure converter which I had purchased prior to my appointment with some over the phone advice describing my problem. I was advised that only one pressure converter was required however I decided to go for both as if one has failed, the other is likely not far behind and while we were in the area. His diagnosis was swift, advice clear and professional, and the price was very competitive. It's rare to find such honest and precise service, especially on short notice over the weekend. Highly recommend KWR Services for anyone looking for quality and integrity. Five stars without hesitation! Another hidden gem of a BMW specialist that needs shouting about more!

Had the timing chain replaced on my BMW 1 series. They did it for a very reasonable price and even stayed late to get the job done on time! Can’t recommend these guys enough!
Had my 2004 Seat Leon undergo a starter motor replacement here - I was quoted a very reasonable price, far less than nearby garages like KwikFit etc. The work was complete within an hour of drop off, no hassle! Great garage, friendly & knowledgable mechanics not looking for a rip off. Strongly recommend.

I had a problem with vibration on my BMW M3 and after reading many positive reviews about KWR on Google, PistonHeads, and Facebook... I called KWR to help. Needless to say I was not disappointed, fitted me in quickly (before Christmas), Kirk and “Lemon” (sorry I think that’s right!) were both friendly and a good laugh and identified what the problem was in literally 30 seconds, and fixed it the same day.
