   Disrespectful staff who clearly have no consideration to people that live in the local area and constantly use residential properties opposite their business as a shortcut to all the vehicles they park on Richmond Road, basically due to being too lazy to walk around, as they clearly don’t care about people in the local area then how can they allegedly care about your vehicle

   I had a problem with my car’s DPF not regenerating properly while driving. The car doesn’t indicate that the DPF is clogged and doesn't initiate active regeneration. The OBD2 scanner shows far too much soot. Moreover, the DPF differential pressure sensor was displaying an incorrect reading (around –30,000 mbar), which clearly indicated a faulty measurement. The mechanics at the workshop regenerated the DPF but ignored my request to check the sensor. As a result, during a 300-mile journey, the DPF never attempted to regenerate and is now clogged again. When I asked what to do next, they suggested another regeneration. This seems like the simplest solution, but it doesn't solve the reason for the clogged DPF filter. I do not recommend this place.

   Lifesavers – Friendly, Fair, and Incredibly Helpful! We had an unexpected breakdown on the way to our cruise and were in a real bind. They took the car in at short notice, fixed the issue promptly and at a very fair price, and even looked after the car while we were away. Super friendly, honest, and helpful—nothing was too much trouble. It’s rare to find such genuine service these days, and we’re so grateful for the support during a stressful moment.    Been my local garage since I moved here a few years ago and one of the best I have ever used. Called in late Saturday with a blown turbo hose on a Freelander which I couldn't get fitted myself, was fixed and sorted within an hour and after they were due to go home. A well deserved 5 stars!
