   I’ve been coming here for a good 3 years now and I always look forward to my visit. Everyone in the salon is lovely and from when you first walk in you feel welcome. Andreea is who I usually see for my colour and I’m hesitant to sing her praises too much so it doesn’t make it harder for me to book with her! But she really is brilliant. She knows her stuff and she will tell you honestly what can realistically be achieved and her finished work - well I haven’t been this happy with my hair for years! It’s the healthiest it’s ever been and her efforts make me feel so good about myself. I can just chill out and feel pampered and know the quality of work is excellent. Love the massage chairs and head massage at the hair wash station too, and they do a decent coffee as well :) thanks Dawn, Andreea and your excellent team!

   When I initially rang to book I was shocked at the price (I don't get my hair cut often) however from the moment I walked through the door to the moment I left I was met with such professionalism and kindness. I wasn't just paying for a cut but an experience and one that I've never had before. An initial consult with the hairdresser, Andreea, who I couldn't fault. Not one bit. Thank you so much. I went in with a clear idea of what I thought I wanted and Andreea took the time, using her qualifications and experience, to explain right down to the detail of my facial structure why a different style would fit me and my lifestyle better! She really took the whole holistic look into it! And not just the final look walking out but how it would be with myself maintaing it! The closer look at my scalp! The hair wash with a MASSAGE! Then the cut itself, with Andreea yet again showing me and informing me how to beat style it and look after it and maintain it! Thank you very very much.

   Zappas is by no means a local salon to where I live or work, however Andreea makes it worth the 40 minute drive. Her knowledge and skill emanates from every piece of advice she has given at each appointment. She has transformed my hair and continues to work her magic so that my hair can be in its best possible shape for my wedding next year. She has attention to detail and instantly puts you at ease as she listens to your wants and needs and gives you a result that makes you truly feel listened to. Every time I leave I have an extra spring in my step and feel completely pampered. I trust Andreea completely and know that my hair is in the best hands. A true credit to the company.

   Andreea is the best hair stylist I’ve ever had. She has cut and coloured (balayage) my hair twice now and I have been delighted with what she has done. She talks me through everything she does and is so knowledgeable. My thick, wavy long bob can be challenging to style but she gets it perfect. I couldn’t recommend her anymore. The atmosphere in Zappas is lovely and everyone is so friendly.

   I went to zappas for the first time today, I saw the lovely Kate who took her time she asked me how I wanted my hair, she looked at how the condition was recommended a treatment, I had a relaxing wash while using the massage chair, what a treat and then had a brilliant cut. what a lovely experience, the staff are so nice, the salon is light and airy and your made to feel very welcome. Kate is an excellent hairdresser very passionate and funny . I have made my second appointment cant wait to come back thankyou Kate.

   Jasmine helps by answering any queries you have and makes suggestions on what would work best for you. She is friendly and makes you feel at home in the salon. Also the lady who washed my hair was amazingly gentle and the head massage nearly sent me to sleep, it was so good.

   I had an appointment booked with Andrea and I can confidently say it was the best experience I've ever had at the hairdresser's. Andrea talked me through and introduced me in detail to all the steps to keeping my hair healthy, and really understood the look what I was going for. Thank you :). I guess it is safe to safe that after 21 years I've found the perfect hair salon. Can't wait for my next visit!
