   Disgusted at the level of barber hygiene, came for a haircut couple weeks ago and ended up with ring worm on my neck, face and scalp (the exact spots the berber used a razor blade and trimmer). I also did not see the barber spray any of the equipment with barbicide before moving onto the next customer. Such a shame because the haircut was good. Please improve on barber hygiene because you can do some serious damage to peoples health, can help spread worse diseases such as HIV.

   Terrible taper haircut barber rushing, moving my head so roughly hair ended up being uneven, 1 taper side was higher then the other and not done properly and the back wasn’t even faded properly. Worst haircut i’ve received barber name was Louie avoid him he is terrible. Been here before and the haircuts were good but won’t be returning anymore. Horrible haircut

   I've used these guys several times over the years and have never really been impressed with their service levels. On this occasion I didn't appreciate two of the barbers walking out for lunch breaks one after the other when I and other customers have been waiting for an hour to get a haircut. The two remaining barbers were left with five people still waiting - if your shop is busy and short of staff, don't just walk out, work harder! Unprofessional and inefficient

   I had been using Rezgas barber shop for quite a while since I moved in Reading. Customer service was never their strong shoot. hair cut wise, there were many times, I had bad ones. my score is based on service, there was only 1 person waiting when I went in and three barbers. I waited almost like 45 minutes or even more for my turn but people came in and out and jumping in before me for their haircut. No curtesy to let me know what's happening. I know none of them had appointment for sure. I had to walk out of the shop at the end due to very poor service and jumped into next one which is owned by same owner. There was no one waiting and I got my chance straight away but even in there, the barber who was cutting my hair stopped for a bit and starting vaping in the middle of the my hair cut. a very terrible service. not a very pleasant experience. I am not going to Rezgas anymore now. That's my last.
