Horrific!! Twice I've visited this salon and twice they have completely failed me. First time, simple tint with a few highlights to lift resulted in a 4 hour appointment and 2 hour stint under a heat lamp. Second time, asked for a shoulder length, curly style which my hair is completely suitable for. Left with a jaw length rough chopped bob which is uneven and bluntly cut. There must be a governing board that ensures that salons are qualified to provide the services they advertise - horrific experience and I sincerely hope they get shut down to avoid this happening to somebody else.
Went to this saloon and had my hair coloured. The consultation was Great they listened to what I was trying to achieve and advised. Kylie who did my hair was lovely and knew exactly what to do she was brilliant and put so much time and effort into my hair. I will definitely be using this salon for my hair in future. All the staff were very welcoming and lovely
Been using Colors for at least 12 years now and always very good. Fair prices and happy to make adjustments after cut if you're not happy. Environment is clean and comfortable despite the small location.
