My van started making a noise whilst I was working in Southampton. I took it to Pit Stop Garage, who were totally booked out for the day. The owner still took the time and trouble to take my van for a drive and diagnose a broken wheel bearing. There was no need for him to do this because he wasn't going to get anything from it. A true gentleman! Thank you so much for advising me not to back to Bristol which could have ended very badly.
I just want to say thank you to the staff at this garage for their help after my clutch went. They came and towed my car on Friday and it was fixed by Saturday. Brilliant and highly recommended. Thanks again
Used to be a 5 stars ⭐️ Review as a happy customer but i needed to change it as these people are useless! Take your business somewhere else! Been charged £150 for Exhaust Valve Change as the Engine diagnosis was on! Discovered it was in need to change the spark plugs! They know how to take your money but don’t know how to do a proper diagnostic for your car! Ah 1 more thing CASH SUCKER’s as well, they Love ❤️ Only Cash at this place

Took my car for an MOT as a quick option because it had a day left on it, they failed my car on lots of ridiculous things, I knew it wasn’t correct so opted not to have it repaired (at their unbelievable overpriced rate) picked it up and took it to my usual garage for a second opinion and another MOT and they didn’t find half the faults this garage did.. total rip off and con would NOT recommend and will defiantly NOT be returning.
THEY ARE NOT HONEST ,CANT BE TRUSTED ..I HOPE SURJIT (OWNER) UNERSTAND it ..they didn't change the lock skeleton for my seat Alhambra but told they did ..I have been charged VAT TWICE ON THE SAME PART WHICH THEY DIDNT PUT ..WHEN I ASKED QBOUT THE OLD PART ..SURJIT SAID ITS BEEN THROWN ..AND TAKEN AWAY WITHIN 30MINUTES ...JOKE
I broke down in the evening, trying to get a ferry to the isle of wight on business. Sirgit went above and beyond, came out at 9.30 to take my van and give me a courtesy vehicle to continue on to the island and do what I had to do. I was stuck and he completely sorted me out. By the time I came back to the mainland, the repair was done, he charged me a very competitive rate for the work even though I had zero choice under the circumstances, and I cannot thank or recommend him highly enough.
