   We were recently involved in a low speed collision at a junction and required a new bumper and headlight on our Black BMW 1 Series. Daniel and Kristine were a great help in dealing with our case, providing us a courtesy car, excess voucher to reduce the cost, and sorted all the insurance documentation behind the scenes. Thank you also to those who worked on the car behind the scenes they turned the repair around quickly as our car was due for an MOT the next month and we greatly appreciate their help getting the car repaired ahead of that. I would highly recommend snows and would not hesitate to use them again. As ours was a PCP car we were confident in their ability to repair professionally and in line with BMW approvals given the numerous guarantees they have displayed in their reception room.

   Snows repaired my Toyota Auris after a little prang (my fault, whoops!). They were exceptionally good. Special credit to Antonio. Customer service ethos 10/10; communications 10/10; courtesy car 10/10; timings of the task 10/10; workmanship and finish quality 10/10. I’m so pleased that I didn’t accept being palmed off with the bog-standard “insurance company approved” repair centre and had Snows do the job. And even on that, Snows took on all negotiations on my behalf to agree the repairs with my insurer with no fuss and they agreed them much sooner than the insurance company’s normal service promise, too. They even did a minor extra task of replacing a rubber seal without charge as a courtesy and my car is as good as new. Thank you, Snows!

   I had a badly curbed front left wheel courtesy of letting someone move my car. So I got in contact with the lovely Laura who said she can help fix it no issues. I took my car in first thing Thursday morning and spoke to Sandy and Mads and both these girls was very helpful and considerate, they reassured me my car is in safe good hands. By 4 in the afternoon I got the call from Laura saying the wheelbwas finished and they even cleaned the car for me! Brilliant. I have to say the standards of the finished product is beyond professional, I swear I have a new wheel. The team here at this accident repair centre are brilliant. Don't go anywhere else, I sure won't. A huge thank you to Laura, Sandy and Mads for helping me look after my much loved car!!

   I have a BMW that needed all 4 wheels to be Diamond Cut and brought back to the original their new condition. From the moment I walked in the door to make a booking the service was nothing other than excellent and absolutely faultless. I had previously telephoned and spoken to Sandy Sheppard explaining to her that I would need a loan car whilst my wheels were being re-furbished because my wife is disabled. When I met her she went out of her way to ensure that the loan car I would be given would be similar in size to mine to accommodate my wife's disability. I made the appointment and on the day I arrived to leave my car Sandy ensured that check in was smooth and very quick. I signed the paperwork and she then escorted me to the loan car. I could see straight away that it was perfect for my wife with my help to get in and out of. A few days later the loan car was delivered to my home and my car taken for repair. Sandy called at the end of the week to tell me that the works were finished and that I could collect the car. I went to the workshops and Sandy processed everything and then took me to my car. I was amazed to see that my car looked like brand new, it had been cleaned inside and out and the workmanship in restoring my wheels was superb. Sandy is a credit to Snows, she is very professional and has a wonderful way with clients. Very well done Sandy and to the excellent workmanship at Snows.

   Fantastic and professional, the best customer service I've ever had from a company in over 30 years of car ownership. My Mini F56 JCW was involved in a non-fault accident less than 2 weeks ago. I called Snows Accident Repair Centre as they are the approved vehicle body repairers for BMW & Mini. At this point a guy took my details and I then had a call with Maddie, who booked my Mini in for the repair assessment. When I visited Maddie set me up on the system taking my details and immediately reassured me that my 'Molly the Mini' would be well looked after. The accessor Kenny had no hesitation in taking pictures of the damage and assured me they would be back in touch with a quote by the next day. I received the quote promptly and agreed with the guy that hit my car that he would pay them directly. Maddie dealt with me throughout the whole process and she handled everything for me. From booking in Molly my Mini to have the repair done, then contacting the guy to settle the bill and communicating with me the whole time. Maddie is a real asset to the business and I would have no hesitation in recommending her and Snows for your accident repair needs. I am extremely happy with the repair and paint finish looks amazing, you would never know Molly has a new bumper! Thanks so much guys! Very quick and efficient throughout.
