   Haven't got our car back yet and it's been a month we have been without it. Every day there is a new reason, delayed parts etc and not one provisional date has stuck. Really really wish we had tried someone else. Going away this weekend and they 'say' it will be ready end of Friday... but I have 0 confidence at this point and they also say it won't be before the end of the day so we would have to delay our departure to maybe have our car... or go with the small,uncomfortable and extremely basic replacement vehicle instead. This review isn't even about the workmanship... if i ever get my car back I can update this review.

   Had to take my car here as the insurance company deals with them for rear end damage. When I went to collect the car the replacement number plate was cracked where one of the holes had been drilled. When they had polished the paint on the bumper they took it down to the primer on the rear quarter pannel on the edge. Also there was a plastic clip missing under the wheel arch. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY WOULD THINK THE WORK WAS ACCEPTABLE. They did put the problems right and the staff seemed friendly enough to my face anyway. But why should I have to there inspection for them! I dread to think what they have done under the bumper, where I can't see without taking the car apart to check. I recommend if you have to use this garage, and you don't know much about cars take someone with you that does to check the work once it has been completed. As what they feel is acceptable is of a low standard. Apparently the work has a 3 year guarantee so if the paint peals off before then they can expect a visit from me!

   Third party insurance used this repair centre to repair my car after being involved in an accident in March 2022. Very unhappy as they took nearly 2 months to repair. After inspecting the car and reporting back to them the flaws (Boot not lining up, not closing properly, paint texture doesnt match the rest of the car, the arch over the rear wheel on the right isnt straightened out correctly, the plastic inside the boot shows the impact as you see a gap over where the boot is closing ) Now im waiting(1 year ) for my car to go back to the garage since i only drive automatic and they claim they have no automatic cars to give as a curtesy as they did realy poor job. would not recommend it.

   These Guys are very helpful when collecting total loss vehicles, my office rings to arrange collection and check its empty and good to go. I ring with at least 2 hours notice, and it's out ready for me..Fantastic. however after a 200miles drive I find its still full of gear so need to go back again. On a Plus note! every vehicle I have seen them repairs is fault less.
