Oh my gosh, words can not explain just how amazing Ian and the New Forest Limousine service are! I booked the big limo as an Easter surprise for my two young boys and husband and we all had the best day ever. Ian was so professional and helpful before and on the day. He helped me create a plan of where we would go and what we would do, so it really took a huge weight off my shoulders. The car itself is incredible and the boys were blown away. Clean, smart, not to mention enormous, plus there were disco lights and we could connect with our phones and play music from a playlist I'd made before the day. There were lazers, balloons, bunting, and you have the option of a smoke machine to make the lazers look really cool. Ian provided great soft drinks for the boys and adult bubbles for us, plus the little extra touches of easter eggs and easter napkins went a really long way. Honestly we can not praise ian and his company highly enough. He was more than happy to take lots of pictures for us and didnt mind the boys turning the music up very loud indeed. Best thing we've done this year and in a very long time. Totally recommend it as a lovely treat for some one or some people special. 10 out of 10. Would book again in a heartbeat. Absolutely brilliant service! I booked this limousine for my son who has Autism. But due to current circumstances and him being anxious he had to cancel his friends coming, but newforest limousines went above and beyond to make sure he still had the birthday to remember... and in his own words " he wants to book again next year" so I'd say that's a very happy customer!
