These guys repaired my Sportage after a mishap which included a new exhaust. After a couple of months I noticed the rear exhaust box wasn't hanging correctly and on initial examination I concluded it was totally out of alignment so arrange for them to collect from my home for assessment. I received a phone call stating the exhaust had taken a hit and was bent - something I knew I hadn't done and my wife denied knowledge of and so requested photo proof which they supplied. They were correct, my wife had reversed over something but heres the rub - Dan at the garage straightened and realigned the exhaust FREE OF CHARGE and returned the car to my home address. We live in a world where everything has a monetary value so to receive such service with no charge is extremely unusual. These guys saved me £700 for another new box. Top guys who value customer satisfaction and service. Highly recommended!
6 months after they repaired my car, the paint started to peel away. Don't use them if you don't want to have the same issue.
My car got vandalised a couple of weeks ago and this is the repair centre I was allocated by my insurance. Very pleased with all my experience. I was contacted in less than 24hr to arrange my car pickup and delivery of the courtesy car. They have been contacting me regularly with all the updates and estimated completion dates , wich was perfect for me to be able to organise myself. Very happy with not only the repair, the car looks like new! But also with the staff I've come across. Big shout-out to Charlie and the reception lady (sorry I didn't manage to get her name). Both very professionals on the work they do and very nice, they happily answered all my questions and went through all the steps of all the process. Overall a 11/10 experience. Many thanks!

Work was completed to a really high standard. I couldn’t pick any fault in what they did apart from a panel which was included on the estimate was not resprayed but it only has a minor scuff. Work also took 3 days longer than planned and I don’t feel I was kept very well updated. Other than that the service was good. Booking was very easy and hassle free. Would return in the future and recommend.
Had our car repaired here after someone drove into the back of us. The insurance company were slow but the repair centre were really good. Made sure I knew what was happening and the car looked great after. Would, and have recommended to friends.
