I had phoned ahead of visiting, as I was stranded with a flat tyre and needed to be recovered to somewhere my tyre could be replaced. Kevin was very helpful and swiftly dealt with my enquiries. Upon arrival, my expectations were set and I could go off shopping, to be called when my car was ready. Driving away from Kwik Fit was the end of an almost 6 hour ordeal and I was so pleased everything was fixed so smoothly.
i have wheel alignment on monday. then after the service when i drove my car going to work. i feel like slightly off that the steering wheel is not in center. then i going back on thursday to ask if they can do recheck it. then they check my car straight away and resolved the problem. they work so fast and very professional. 1st time in kwik fit. and they work so impressive 10 out to 10. high recommended. Big thanks to the mechanic.
I was skeptical after reading few reviews online previously but I was pleasantly impressed by the quality work, well done team Kwik Fit, you did a great job, I’m very pleased. Only reason for 4* as it was a long wait for the work to finish but I guess it was worth the wait.
I booked my car over the phone on 12th July. I was given an appointment on 13th at 12.45. The person on phone was very good. On the I took my car .I was at the. garage at 12.40. I was told to wait without any explanation. I waited for half an hour and still the two guys were chatting to customer. Neither one of them come over to explain the delay and that they will see me. After another 10 minutes wait I decided to drive off. Very poor customer service. I took my car to Halfords on Winchester road. What a brilliant customer service. I was greeted straight away.told approximate wait time. And they sorted out the problem with tyres.
M.o.t & service. Fantastic service and fantastic staff, the engineer was very clear and all was resolved the same day with a big thanks to Nathan who made sure from everything ran smoothly start to finish and I can't recommend them enough. I'll be using this garage for any future work and I really am impressed .
I visited today and was very impressed with the service. The 2 chaps that I spoke with were helpful , professional and efficient. the fitter clearly skilled at what he does and i was away in my car driving happily in short time. I will use again!
Popped in on the 14th November as car oil light had come on (and oil was full) and I wanted it checked out urgently as I was about to leave on a long journey. Kwik Fit can have a bit of a rep but the staff I saw at this branch were brilliant. Quick, friendly, helpful and no patronising little woman talk. Highly recommend.
This is the second time I have had a puncture (random nails in the road). The guy as at Park Street have been able to squeeze me in even when rushed off their feet. Service is always with a smile and I trust them to make repairs or recommend replacements. An outstanding team and I will not take my cars or vans anywhere else.
I booked for a replacement exhaust and they got it in, fitted it and did it on the day that they said they would. The manager seemed capable and was attentive, so my experience was good overall. A nice waiting area with seats and a coffee machine. Price seemed ok for the work that they did
