   Needed to replace couple of tyres, booked online, easy to pick out tyres I wanted and got what I felt was a good deal with free alignment included. easy to pay and nice clear comms confirming appointment and then in lead up to the day (text and email was handy). on the day easy to drive into the site and park, chap on the desk was friendly and helpful, easy to drop car and time to dash into Winchester easy walking for a bit of Xmas shopping. returned with work all done, paperwork emailed across immediately, all clear. great experience overall and would recommend and use again!

   Had to get my daughter new tyres, last minute. Stuart has been amazing. I would give a 5 but I feel having some one to answer the phone would make everything more efficient. It was ringing none stop while he was talking to me. He did ask if I mind him answering so not his fault but would have been a better experience if theh had someone to do this for them.

   I booked online 2 tyres replacement. I called them to check in the morning and they said they had 2 tyres. But when I arrived they could only find one tyre. I had to go to nearby branch to collect the second tyre to finish the job. Icing on the cake, they forgot to put back the wheel nut and had to go back to retrieve it. Low quality service.

   Thank you Stewart for helping me out today with loose wheel nuts, despite you being busy. Thank you also for going the extra mile and checking the other wheels. I visited for a Kwik favor after feeling vibration on one of the wheels on the motorway, which was caused by no fault other than my own, but it's nice to know there's usually a Kwikfit close by to help out, especially on a Sunday.

   Tyre suffered a puncture Sunday morning, noticed when we arrived for church. Daughter advised us to try Kwik Fit and we’re very glad we did! They fitted us in as we were staying in town for a few hours and gave us a good deal on 2 tyres and wheel alignment. Would certainly go back again and highly recommend the branch and staff. Brilliant service!

   I called up in the morning to check that suitable tyres were in stock and was advised that 3pm were be a good time to visit as the store would quieten down by then. This proved to be true and we were told the job would take an hour and therefore decamped to a local hostelry. Upon return the job was completed and the efficient and courteous team on duty sent us on our way.
