Giving one star due to unwanted spam mail by this business, environmental waste of placing paper flyer on my car, and also because it was raining, got stuck to windscreen left residue all over my hands and windscreen removing it.
Been here a few times now and every time they've all been absolutely brilliant, staff are attentive, offer you drinks, make you feel welcome, and give the best haircuts. Cannot recommend enough if you're in Basingstoke. Thank you!

Highly recommend house of handsome in Basingstoke, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Both of my autistic children have their hair cut here and we’ve never had an issue or behaviour when getting their hair cut which is a big sensory overload for them. Saber has been cutting my youngests hair for well over a year and is absolutely brilliant with him, he doesn’t even take his tablet in the chair with him which he is usually glued too!! My eldest has used a number of the barbers there and we’ve always been very happy. Thankyou to you all for taking the stress out of haircuts and letting this often tired mummy sit down and enjoy a hot drink! You go above and beyond and with the amount of barbers we have in Basingstoke we certainly wouldn’t choose anyone else. Thankyou!!!
Needed a haircut, popped in didnt have to book. Was greeted and cut within 20 minutes. Very impressed and good cut.
Had a great service from Alana. This was my first visit to see her. She was very friendly. she listened to what I wanted. I was happy, so I will be booking again. Getting a complimentary drink was nice too.
Normally I'm pretty happy when leaving the House of handsome, but unfortunately that was not the case today. The service overall was good as normal, but he just didn't really listen to what I wanted, I came in for a full service, asked for an inch or so off my beard and for it to be shaped up a bit, instead I left with most of my beard having been cut off, I think he realised I wasn't happy with it trying to give me some reasons as to why he had done it, but I'd even interjected half way through the hair cut saying I didn't want that much off my beard overall. Nothing that could be done to improve it as it's not like he could put it back, but now I don't even want to look at myself in the mirror.
Very nice, great quality barbers. The best part they sell drinks! So if you are waiting for your little ones or other half. No need to leave the premises coffee, tea etc. All friendly staff, I would definitely recommend.
