   Just had a pedicure at Five Star Nails in Maidenhead and it was absolutely divine! ✨ The front-of-house team were beautifully friendly and made me feel totally at ease from the moment I walked in. The young nail technician was lovely, super friendly and professional. 100% recommend if you’re in Maidenhead and looking for some pampering. I’ll definitely be back!

   Had infills and took over an hour (should be max 45 mins) and did the simplest french art “design” which the guy couldn’t get right after the third attempt. They then continued to charge me £35 for French tip colour counting it as a “design”. Whats worse, a week after having them done two nails have broke and all the gel has pealed off on the other. Do not recommend and will not be going back.

   Do not go here!! I walked in hoping they would fit me as I needed my nails doing last minute. When asked if they have availability I was met with an eye roll and look of disgust. I asked for both infills and toe polish. My nails were shaped and they were all mismatched and uneven as well the staff generally being unfriendly. Once my hands were done I asked if it was still okay to get my toes done. They claimed I never asked (which I know I did). Extremely rude and unwelcoming to non regular customers particularly.

   Been going to Five Star since around 2008. Never had any complaints regarding my treatment, the staff have mostly been friendly, I think a few have been shy. Started off with Tina many years ago, now with Ruby. Ruby is lovely & friendly, listens to what you want, checks regularly all is ok. She’s an asset for sure
